I called first before I came to the store, the guy was rude so I decided to physically go to the store, he didn't know I was the one that called until I explained my situation, then he tried to be friendly afterwards.

Awesome customer service! Very detailed and thorough with assisting me with my phone issues. Also, provided information on how to keep my phone working well.Store clean. Products in-store well stocked.Very customer service oriented!This is my 2nd time visiting this store as the customer service is always top-notch!Very much worth the drive!

Symone was absolutely amazing. I came in for information and ended up switching my phone to AT&T and she made the process great. She helped me get my info from tmobile when they wouldn't and went above and beyond in the process, while multi-tasking with 3 other customers! I highly recommend her for any AT&T needs. She definitely deserves a raise. It was unbelievable watching her take all those customers without making anyone feel overlooked. Great experience overall, thank you so much Symone.

Good customer service, but the wait time was way too long. I actually hated the whole experience of having to have help in store because the mobile experience kept crashing and not alowing me to long in.

The gentleman working 6/6/23 at 115p was rude and dismissive. I had questions about at&t service and had every intention of inquiring about purchasing a phone. He quickly told me if I was not there to discuss phones he could not help me.He also told the female employee to stop answering my questions and told her to come in the back of the store. I will not be purchasing a phone or acquiring AT&T service. This gentleman should not be working in retail customer service.
