I went in just 4 check engine light, but the guy JJ and Mngr. Kia where as allllll AutoZone customer service should be like! JJ came out and changed my ignition coil, spark plugs, along with finding out the misfire, he told me I had one under warranty so I wasn't charged any money 4 it($85 part), annnd this was all with smiles and realllll willing concern for customers.GO HERE TO THIS 1 AND GET YOUR VEHICLES TOGETHER!!!👌👌👌

I give Yolanda 0 stars and J.J 5 stars. Yolanda is horrible, J.J was helping us out, and she was complaining in front of us about how he was doing too much, leaving him to ring the customers by himself while she was refilling the soda machine. Mind you we were there for an hour, and approximately 20 customers came by. The only thing Yolanda did was refill the sodas, she never rang a customer or even talked to one.

Thanks to J.J. from this Auto Zone , who came to our rescue. And helped me fix a flat tire. We found the spare , by the time he came along he helped us navigate the rest of the way. We still needed air and slime was used to help us.
Very courteous and a good representation of the company.

I'm from the East but work on the West, in Farmington Hills and my F150 seems to always have me visit Auto Zone lol and EVERY time the lady (I have to get and remember her name) who's there is AMAZING as well as everyone else.
She placed my part on hold as I was coming on lunch break to get it and even verified that I had the correct part before I left the store, even before I checked out, she made sure! LOL small things like that and her amazing attitude makes all the difference in the world.
I'll travel to this Auto Zone all the time just for the friendly, helpful and welcoming environment, in today's world where EVERYBODY has an attitude or chip on their shoulder.
EVERYONE here leaves it at the door before they walk in and tries to make you have the best interaction! I'll be sure to bring you all lunch one of these days! LOL stay being GREAT!

They were super helpful when I came in with a single giant crack in my windshield that appeared overnight without any apparent origin point. They were honest and let me know that this is something that's beyond what DIY kits can address, and went the extra mile by recommending a place that specializes in windshield repair.
This AutoZone location has earned a customer for life. :)

Yolanda W was exceptional nice, I came in with a check engine light on and she assisted me with the problem. She told me I needed an air filter, she saw I needed help and she assisted me with putting the filter on. Such great customer service, need more representatives like her. I will refer all my friends and family to this location.

This has to be the best store around. They are friendly, knowledgeable about products, and understand the importance of good customer service. I drive out of the way to go to this store. The store by my house has not so good service.
