Big Lots on Southfield Road in Southfield, Michigan holds a special place in my heart, as it was a nostalgic spot for me and my late aunt. We used to frequent this store for quick shopping trips, and I have fond memories of her waiting in the furniture area while I grabbed the things I needed. This Wednesday, I visited Big Lots without her, and while bittersweet, it was a rewarding experience.
I took advantage of my 20% off rewards to purchase toiletries, and I was pleased with the selection and prices. Although there was a slight wait in line due to only one person serving, she was efficient and cordial, making the process smooth and pleasant.
While the visit brought back memories of shopping with my aunt, I also appreciated the convenience and affordability of Big Lots. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness added to the positive experience.
Overall, I would recommend Big Lots on Southfield Road for its great deals, friendly service, and nostalgic charm. Thank you for a memorable visit.

While Big Lots is one of my favorite places to shop, my experience today was less than stellar! After shopping for 2 hours and wanting to sign up for the Progressive Leasing program, No one in the store including the manager was able to help. After waiting for at least 30 mins the Manager in duty could have at least apologized for not being able to provide one of their most basic services. The Manager Kesha was rude and disrespectful! This may change how I shop at Big Lots!
