This place is a joke!! The agents customer service skills are absolutely horrible!!! The way they treat people is astounding!! I will be transferring my medication elsewhere!! If I could have gave this no stars I would have!! The owner of the place needs to step in and shape the company up! Stop making it about money and make it about actually helping people!!!!

Great experience. My Dr prescribed a pain cream that my insurance did NOT cover and they gave me a huge discount that fit my budget. They went above and beyond for me and it was the week of Christmas. Thank you to all staff your amazing

Absolutely HORRIBLE service at this location!!!!The Reps answering the phones had NO etiquette!!! I asked to speak with management 3 times only to be put on hold for no one every to return to the phone. When Icalled back I was hung up on twice! They're clueless and someone needs to address these issues!!!JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

THIS PLACE DOESNT ANSWER THE PHONE!! I spent 3 days last week trying to get ahold of someone. I entered the promt # for a patient checking on the status of my prescription, and then the phone just rang and rang and rang. I left it ringing, hoping someone would eventually answer. After 15 minutes EACH DAY I hung up. I reached someone this Monday and they said they don't have any script for me. I called me Dr and found they had been trying to fax the prescription for 3 days last week and it failed because their fax phone number never picked up. I complained that the Dr didn't follow up. They faxed the script successfully yesterday. Today when I called I got stuck in a loop of automated messages saying "that operator is buzy, let me transfer you to another operator." There was the option to enter the direct extension if I knew it, I didn't but I went ahead and entered 4 numbers. I got the graphic design department, and THEY transferred me to someone who finally helped.

They have everything you can possibly need during this COVID pandemic. They are also a compounding company that makes this fantastic pain cream that I get for my mom among other things. They’re very professional and knowledgeable.

My experience while shopping at BioMed was great. I received exceptional customer service from Amira S. She easily answered all of my questions. She was courteous and professional. I recommend this specialty pharmacy for all of your PPE needs!

So, I bought my medicine, which was suppose to be a 4 week supply. Its states on it that I'm suppose to do 1 GM and its suppose to last for all four weeks. I'm on week 2 following the instructions and I'm out of the medicine. Called to get an explanation and all I got was they gave me a 4 week supply, so I did something wrong. How if I'm following instructions?? Plus, the bottle was half filled for being so expensive.
