I stopped in the store because my phone was stolen. I had an old phone that I can use until I can replace my newer phone. The man that helped me was wonderful He reprogramed my old phone and everything worked great. I warched him work with other customers before he got to me. He was patient and helpful. Wish I got his name. Thanks for the excellent service.

It was my first time here and it was amazing everything was so clean and nice. It had the most amazing customer service. This guy named joe helped me with my new phone he told how to use it and set my new Apple ID. He also gave me a good deal because I was struggling to pay. Thank you boost mobile I’m gonna be using this for the rest of my life ??

I was the only guy in the store this morning and the lady behind the counter totallyIgnored me for a good while and didn’t offer to help. When i finally approached the counter she asked me what I wanted as if I was annoying her by asking to sign up for new service! I had a few questions regarding the new service and she couldn’t answer any of my questions. Needless to say I left and will Be taking my business elsewhere. Not sure why they have a store if they don’t seem to like having customers

Very poor customer service. I came here before 5pm closing time. I arrived at approximately 4:48pm and a sign was on the door stating he was open and to call the phone number listed. I did. He answered the phone. I could barely understand what he was saying but he did tell me that he was closed. I told him it was not closing time. He gave an excuse and refused to answer the door. I refuse to be disrespected which is why I keep my money in my community, not with him. He lost a customer. Too bad for him. And very good for me.

The customer service was great but I've had two bad phones. They have done everything they could to rectify the situation I'm not upset with them but I am with Boost. First time in 10 years I've had back-to-back bad phones. SMH
