I lived at Coach house for a few years and had finally reached my limit and decided to move. Let me start at what I liked and appreciated… the price, the amount of size of the unit for the price and the fact that they have a pool. Now let’s start on the downside. While it presents itself as a gated complex that gate was broken and propped open for many months, where anyone could drive in, even when it’s not propped open people just tail each other in anyway.Another big problem, was leakage in my ceiling light bulb in my apartment. After speaking with my rental insurance, they ultimately decided it was a fault of the property. When I communicated this they sent maintenance out once and they didn’t find a hole in the roofing but agreed to put more “insulation” in and left it to me to figure out. At that point my mattress, bedding, and a few electronics were completely destroyed. In December Coach house had a swat incident. There were so many cop cars and it was so loud at around 4 in the morning. Which I do not fault Coach house but if you are one who do not want to be near crime, this might not be the place for you. A girl also passed a way right in front of the gate. And last but definitely not least. They have a bad rodent problem! One that had me fearful of going into my apartment. They were notified many, many times and nothing was done. They put a sign on a basement door warning us to keep it close so rodents wouldn’t come up.Maybe I could have ranked them hire had these incidents been recognized and fixed but the staff was often rude, and lack of understanding and professionalism. Definitely all accumulate and attribute to the one star rating. Below I attached images from the swat event, a picture of the rats outside of my building, and an image of the water coming from my ceiling. These were all from videos so the image might not be the clearest. But I hope this helps someone contemplating moving here.

I've lived here a long time and am very happy! The girls in the office, Darcy, Emma, & Chelsea help me every month the pay my rent online. I love my neighbors, we all get along really well! No loud music, we all really respect each other's space.

The townhouse was in excellent condition at move-in; painted, new carpet and anything we found that needed attention--wall socket that didn't work, front door lock, etc. were taken care of within 24 hours or less which was impressive. Leasing office employee we worked with primarily (Darcy) was professional, patient, and thorough with providing all information needed to make this a smooth transition.

My two years at Coach House Apartments have been quite satisfactory. The apartment is well-designed, and the amenities are decent. The management has been responsive when needed. One notable aspect is the convenience of being close to several parks, offering a nice touch for outdoor activities . It's a reasonable choice for those looking for a straightforward living experience with easy access to green spaces.

Coach House Apt. is a great place to come home to after work. The properly is nicely maintained while the site continues to upgrade things. The front office staff, lead by Carol the manager, are friendly and very helpful. If I have a repair issue, the maintenance staff, and Kenny, are prompt and knowledgeable on how to resolve my issues.

I have lived here for 12 years, the office staff has been helpful and incredibly nice and respectful. Anytime I have a maintenance issue they are on top of it and they make sure things get taken care of in a timely matter. I would recommend my family and friends to live here for the affordability, the pool, and the overall safety of the property.

I lived here for two years. My last year They put me on a month to month because I paid my rent late three times. The reason my rent was late because they don’t have a drop box and I left for work before the office opened and got off after they closed. But my rent was increased of course. I gave them my 30 day notice and they still charged me rent. When I know I paid first and last months when I moved in… they told me to move out by the 14th or pay. I moved. They still proceeded with court saying they filed on a Sunday, charging me an additional $150. I still haven’t received court papers to my forwarding address and now they won’t answer or return my phone calls. There were no bugs in my building at least. Apartment was spacious. But maintenance took forever to fix things. I would have to call multiple times and threaten not to pay rent until things were fixed even after putting in a work order. And they still wouldn’t fix everything. My bedroom door was broken for over a year. They said they had to come back with other parts. They came back to fix other things. But never the door….
