Awful service and how they talk and treat people on the inside! I talked to the first older lady upon entering, while helping me, she helped out 4 people through the drive thru! And took her time with me! When saying something, she tried to explain with a attitude while the other employee( young looking boy!!) entervened, like I was wrong!!! Tried it again the other day, and got help from someone else, she didn’t even want to do what I asked her to do! Horrible how people treat people that they don’t no!! I WILL NEVER GO IN THIS LOCATION! I speculate they treat MOST, not all, like that they don’t know! I don’t want to give them one star but I got to post and 1 last thing, I feel most that is rating is regular customers of the area!! LOL

This bank is STRANGE. It's been OVER a week and still NO debit card. They do not offer temporary cards either like other banks do. Teller tells me to approach the window then asks me to wait. Three tellers talking and no one helping me. As soon as my card arrives, if it ever arrives, this won't be a problem because I'll do my banking with the ATM. But if your people don't wanna deal with people why are they working with the public? i'm just asking for a friend. Can't access my money at all online, I can't seem to access and in the bank either. I came back up here to close my account, I can't even get that done in an orderly fashion. This is easily the worst banking experience I've ever had. They have my ID. I filled out the form. Still standing here looking stupid. Now I'm not gonna be able to eat dinner because my time is being wasted and I have to go to work.
