This CVS is still a one star review because zero is not an option.It's so close to my house and convenient. I pass it almost every day going to work or taking the kids to school. But the customer service at this place is just beyond terrible.Omar at the pharmacy's terrible behavior and service convinced me to take my prescription business elsewhere, but I decided to give it another shot because it's so close for grabbing a gallon of milk or something I need quick. After today I will be giving it another try.Went in this morning and was the only guy in the place. When I goto check out, there is a woman in a cvs shirt at the checkout, talking to the worker about her personal life. And some nonsense with her boyfriend. To avoid that unprofessional nonsense, I used the self check out.As usual, self check out is not programmed to match the sales in signs that they have in the store, so stuff is not reading that correctly. I hit the button for help. I get no response even though the people are less than 10 feet away from me.I tried couple things to get the machine to ring stuff up correctly and it doesn't work. At this point I just give up because I'm not overpaying for merchandise. Finally as I'm walking out the door the guy asks if I need assistance. I tell him go back to your social hour, I'll spend my money elsewhere. This place is going downhill and if location is the only thing keeping this store open. Service is trash. Spend you money elsewhere.

I don't know where the majority of the people here go to, but the people workers and pharmacists are very helpful. If I have a difficulty of any sort I can get assistance in anything, and everything that I'm looking for. Since it's a big chain I found that I could get assistance very easily.In addition to that, the CVS hundreds of miles away from the place that I use on a regular basis was able to contact the one near my home and give me assistance. So, if you're out there looking for a place to go to for a drugstore, don't let the reviews from on here push you away. There are some people who have done good business with CVS.

I tried to call. Joined the cue to be called back and a machine called back with the same number I called in the first place. This logic is lost on me.

CVS prices are significantly higher than any other pharmacy. They will not look up Good RX pricing even when asked (almost all other pharmacies offer that price up). I am pulling all my prescriptions from cvs...it's a shame because it is so close to home. Just get sick of getting ripped off. SCAMMERS!!!

NOT EVEN A FIVE MINUTE TB TEST! Took me 5 minutes to "check in" and this person want to bullshit me! Not even worth a star! WORST PLACE TO VISIT and NOW she purposely taking long as hell! THEY ARE TRIFLING HERE!!! But they quick to call cops if we act a fool!

Horrible service at the pharmacy. Left on hold for over an hour w a simple question. Didn't have the common meds prescribed by my doctor the last 3 times we went & expected us to wait 4 days for them to get it. Always blaming "short staff". Done w them. Looking for new neighborhood pharmacy.

Go anyplace else but here. Ran in to get prescription medicine that is time sensitive to take but pharmacy is closed for lunch between 130 and two. What kind of pharmacy closes for lunch in the middle of the day. Unbelievable terrible customer service avoid this place at all cost.

Ahmed the pharmacist here is just top notch. I'm going through chemo right now and my Doctors apparently forgot to refill my prescription drugs to make sure I'm not getting sick. Ahmed knew that I had chemo that day and went right to work despite being super busy. I only had to wait 10 minutes and I'll tell you as long as this guy works as a pharmacist here I will ALWAYS have my prescription filled here. He also saved me about $50 a trip in by tacking time to recheck my insurance information after the 1st of the year. The store I always clean and as long as you know how to self check out you'll be in and out of there fast.

I've never left a review before, however, after what I experienced today from this staff member I want to ensure that as many people avoid this minute clinic as possible. I signed up for a rapid test with this CVS location as my mother just recently started chemo treatments and I need to visit her. Obviously her immune system is lower due to the cancer and so I wanted to make absolute sure that I wasn't putting her at risk. After driving 40 minutes to get to my appointment in time and running into extreme traffic due to an accident, I found myself 10 minutes late to my appointment. When I arrived, this staff member turned me away and said there was nothing she could do even though there was no one else waiting to get a rapid test. I attempted to explain my situation to her and she walked away from me and said there was nothing she could do. After waiting for 30 minutes for her to come back out, and seeing a grand total of ZERO people come in to the parking lot, she walked up to my car and asked what I was still doing there. I explained how desperately I needed to get a rapid test and that there weren't any other appointments available for the day but that I was the only one there. She started being EXTREMELY unprofessional by being rude, giving me extreme attitude, saying that I wasn't worth her losing her job, and that I would need to leave as other people were going to need my parking spot. When I asked her name so I could try to speak with someone else she once again walked away. I have always liked CVS but this experience was UNBELIEVABLE. You'd think that a healthcare worker would do everything in their power to be understanding and committed to the safety and health of patients, and yet this individual could not have been any less professional, kind, or understanding. I wish I knew her name but I hope that CVS can reach out to the woman that was working this COVID testing site at 2:40 PM on March 19th, 2021 and explain to her that that kind of behavior is a terrible reflection on CVS and what healthcare workers shouldn't aim to do for patients. I would avoid this CVS at all costs until they can make efforts towards ensuring their staff understands how to treat customers. I hope this helps anyone who is looking for a reliable place to get a covid test.

Everytime my doc calls a script in, it is never ready. Even after several hours. Another time the computer system was down so they could not sell anything until Computer was backed up.

I was in the store today trying to process a bill payment through MoneyGram and I was having issues with the MoneyGram system in the stores machine having the same information and the two cashiers that were upfront at the time started speaking in a different language amongst each other, after asking if I was ready and I told them I was still trying to get my information together on the phone with MoneyGram. That alone was a complete turn off from coming back to this store.

Please hire some help, or get some automated checkout machines!!! I am never in here without having a long line of people waiting to buy whatever they came in for. So much business lost when people give up and buy somewhere else!
