Every time I go here the PHARMACY STAFF are so rude. When someone comes to the counter you’re supposed to say “Hi, how’s you’re day, how can I help you, what’s going on, what brings you in today, SOMETHING ALONG THOSE LINES! Instead I’m just stared at until I say “hi?” & then it’s a response something like “yes…………”
I’ll never go here again
Sure I can understand being human & being tired from the daily grind of life, I get it, I work in healthcare as well, but you have customers coming in for VERY SENSITIVE sometimes embarrassing medication. I’ve already felt weird going in to be seen & now I have to talk to an angry pharmacist.

My husband and I have shopped at the CVS store on Northwestern highway for many years and always have a positive experience. The customer service is consistently good, Very helpful and personable. And they have a good variety of products. I definitely recommend this location.

I am so pleased with my shopping experience at this CVS. Veonca an Andrea are the sweetest and most beautiful women in this store. I’m sure you can relate when i say consumer service isn’t what it used to be to be anymore BUT these two ladies made my night they went beyond the call of duty to help me an held a conversation with me an made me feel extremely appreciated for shopping there and that is hard to find these days. Great jobs ladies please don’t change an keep being kind to people because it meant so much to me. MRS Brown

I had an absolutely appalling experience at this pharmacy. I called in with a simple question, only to be met with a pharmacist who not only refused to help but actually yelled at me in the middle of the call. The level of disrespect I encountered was shocking—completely uncalled for and deeply unprofessional. No one deserves to be treated like this, especially when seeking medical assistance. I’m moving all of my prescriptions, as well as my family’s, to Walgreens, where we’re treated with courtesy and respect. I strongly recommend avoiding this pharmacy if you value basic decency and customer service.”

I had a wonderful experience: I needed a face mask quickly, I asked the cashier and she let me grab as many as I needed, I needed and grabbed two; when I asked if I could pay with credit card, she told me it was free. I got what I needed and in the speed of light. They have many products, plenty of parking lots and neighborhood is feels very safe.

The white older lady with glasses the cashier is very very rude and racially profile’s every black person that comes inside. This was my last time allowing this without pointing her out. Did get her name because no tag but she’s the oldest looking worker with a face mask and doesn’t need to work with the public.

Gotta recognize when someone is really good at their job, even when it's not easy. The pharmacist at this location is awesome- he helped me sort through an issue with my two insurances and good rx to see which was the best price. To see people deal with their jobs with total apathy and borderline rudeness is the norm, so I gotta shout this guy out. I noticed that he remembered several customers names who were waiting. As someone who's taken thyroid meds since I was a kid, I know he is not the typical pharmacist and hope cvs notices it!
