Gotta recognize when someone is really good at their job, even when it's not easy. The pharmacist at this location is awesome- he helped me sort through an issue with my two insurances and good rx to see which was the best price. To see people deal with their jobs with total apathy and borderline rudeness is the norm, so I gotta shout this guy out. I noticed that he remembered several customers names who were waiting. As someone who's taken thyroid meds since I was a kid, I know he is not the typical pharmacist and hope cvs notices it!

The counter gentlemen is the best. Always helpful and polite he also calls everyone by their names. I've never had any bad experience in this CVS.

I have never been able to buy Anything successfully from this location. There Has Always been an Issue. Stay away from Early Mornings. Never ever going back here, Ever!

I visited the 12 mile and Franklin location today. I’ve never had a bad experience here, but the cashiers are usually very dry and short . Gage helped me today and he definitely went above and beyond, he was very friendly, held light conversation and was really kind and patient. His whole demeanor and his voice are very calming.

Turned away from a Covid shot because the pharmacist said they didn’t have enough. As a former employee I know this is a lie and they are always stocked with ample vaccine. This is just laziness of the pharmacist

They let people, regardless of item limit, check out at the pharmacy. If you need any kind of medication go to literally any other location, twice now I've had to wait over 20 minutes just to pick up a quick prescription because of this. Everything else about the place is fine but this issue is consistent since they lifted covid restrictions.

Came to pick up my same day photo books, and lady had no clue how to read directions and put them together (the directions were printed with the photos). I had to look through the packaging—and found they gave me calendars to put together the books on my own. Of course I exchanged the calendars for the book templates and now I have to be the one to put them all together when I expected to pick up what I ordered—photo books.I could have ordered pictures for much cheaper if that’s what I wanted. I ordered and paid for photo books, and that is what I expected. Extremely incompetent and this created a big hassle for me. I even called past the expected time for the books to be complete to allow fair warning I was coming. The worker waited until I was there to check with a manager on what to do. They weren’t busy, and could have been doing some checking if they were confused much earlier. Worker should have known to call me as a customer if they couldn’t deliver the product as stated online. Disappointed.
