The customer service is amazing, and the whole entire fleet of cars are one of a kind and some of the most luxurious cars in the state of Michigan. I enjoyed renting so much I turned it into months of Renting from these guys they are so nice and they work with your budget

All of these reviews are fake. Sam will take your deposit, keep it and will tell you that the car is broken down or was in an accident. He will offer you a broken down subpar rental and if you don't take it, he will never refund you your deposit. Ever. Regardless if you get a lawyer involved. You will have to put a lien on his business. I would absolutely NEVER EVER rent a car from Sam again in my life. He never paid me back my deposit nor did he ever rent me the car he promised. He kept my deposit and hasn't returned it since. You owe me thousands Sam. Return my deposit ASAP! You know who this is.

A little odd that all the bad reviews, It’s never you guy’s fault — saw the story on Fox News Detroit. We were so close from using you guys. We were planning on renting 3 cars, but so glad we didn’t after all the negative reviews and the investigation video. Shame that you guys don’t take responsibility. Bankruptcy coming soon.

Look for the video on YouTube about this company and them being in the HAAAAALL OF SHAMEEEE. I wouldn’t touch this rental company with a ten foot pole. Complete scammers that’ll lie, give you horrible service, and hold onto your deposits!
