Dollar Tree is a large store known for having unique and hard-to-find items. Customers appreciate the friendly and polite cashiers, making their shopping experience enjoyable. However, some shoppers note that the store can be hot and often lacks enough cashiers, resulting in long checkout lines. While many enjoy the selection, others have found the store to be messy and disorganized. Additionally, some customers express concern about a man frequently approaching women outside the store, which can be unsettling. Overall, Dollar Tree offers good customer service but has areas for improvement in cleanliness and safety.
