I love coming to the dollar store, due to the fact that they 9 times out of 10 have EVERYTHING that I'm looking for at the moment for of course - cheap. The last time that I visited this establishment customer service, however, was ridiculous. As I approached the cash register the cashier was a watching a movie on her tablet. No greeting, no eye contact, just grabbed my stuff and proceeded to ring me up, while watching her movie. After she gave me my total, I passed her $100 Bill, since that's all I had at the moment, my total was about $40. She told me that shouldn't take that since she couldn't provide me with change. So, I asked does this mean I'll have to come back and get my things, she responded, "I don't know." I asked her if it's possible she could ask the manager if she has change, she said "No." The other cashier called the manager, and kindly the manager came over. When the manager came over, she asked what can I help with. The question was targeted to the cashier who was providing HORRIBLE customer service. When the cashier didn't answer, because she was watching her movie, I interjected that I needed change. The manager kindly got my change so I could proceed with my order. If someone doesn't want to work, then don't work, especially somewhere that you have to provide customer service.

This is the best Dollar Tree around. They always have every single item in stock!! I have worked in Retail since the age of 15. If you want a shopping experience with good service go here. I don’t have time to write reviews but I’m doing this because they deserve recognition. Located on the NORTHWEST corner of 12 & Greenfield NEXT to Wendy’s I drive past 2 dollar trees just to go here

Very helpful staff. Undercover security helped me because my wheelchair couldn't hold all of the stuff I wanted to buy. They went to different areas to retrieve items for me and helped me to the checkout counter...

Ms Kizzy was so nice and quick at the cash register. We appreciate all the workers and how hard they work to keep the store running, clean and pleasant at the register. It’s always stocked and clean. Easy to always find what you need and then some. I love this Dollar tree, it’s close to my house and job and keeps our family supplied with what we need daily. Keep up the good job!

I normally patronize this store because it is usually clean and the staff are friendly with the exception of Ms. Gertrude with the red hair. She is rude. If I return to this store I will not get in a line where she is checking customers out.

Decent dollar store, everything is always in place, nothing is ever piled high on the floor or scattered hither and dither. Well stocked, too. Nice, bright and pleasant people working there.
