Be careful at this location, I was a victim of credit card fraud.

If I could I would give this place a zero star. I walked inside just to get a simple birthday card. As I approached the cashier, I simply asked him do they do cash back and he questioned me. I repeated my question and he said for a dollar with a bad attitude. As I paid for my product, I told him I didn't get the notification for cash back and without a doubt was talking smart and said you should've place your card inside. Don't go here! Totally unprofessionally and was ignoring me because he had his airpod in his ear!

The folks here are wonderful! I LOVE the customer service. The store is clean and you can usually find what you're looking for.

I usually depend upon Dollar Tree to have what I'm looking for but this location doesn't rise to the challenge! I'd been here 3 days ago & they still had dozens of stock still in boxes . I gave them the benefit of the doubt but upon my return today, they still hadn't done much. So probably I won't be returning to this location (21310 Grand River, Detroit) again!

My favorite location for several years: Cleanest, most extensive selection(incl. brand names). For Christmas time, you should go there!

I returned to the store to do a return. And upon returning I noticed on the bottom of the receipt it stated Dollar Tree doesn't do refunds only exchanges. After entering the store and waiting in line to do an exchange on my items. I was refused service of exchanging my items. After be directed over to your store manager Bob. He refused to assist in any way. Mumbling and what not. When I asked for information to his higher ups he continued to ring customers ignoring that I was standing right there. He stated "we can refuse any return or exchange" with no written explanation outlined in any policy. Of what they will take back or won't. Even when going to Dollars Tree website there is no information about this policy. When calling Dollar Tree customer support it continues to just ring and ring. Moral to this story. Don't buy anything you don't want to keep. Don't expect if it states on the receipt that they do not offer returns, only exchanges. That they won't flat out refuse to do an exchange as well.

Listen. I don't do reviews because I feel as if not everyone's experience is the same so I like to make my own judgements. Now having said that... I already know what to expect when I walk into a Dollar Tree. I have visited a few in my day but this one in particular has to the most organized and clean store I have ever visited. I was HIGHLY impressed.

While all Dollar Tree stores are short-handed, the cashier was quick and efficient. Lots of cute stuff in stock. Store was completely stocked.

The Dollar Tree on Greenfield and 12 mile is by far the best store I’ve been to. It’s organized and clean.

Selection if items is not bad, service is amongst the worst unfortunately. It's not the people at check out or any workers but it's ridiculously either under staffed OR owners don't care about customer service. At 4:40 a line is just about 10 people deep and there's literally 1 cashier having to blow up balloons also? Why isn't there 1 more person anywhere??
