Ordered online, notified order was ready, drove short distance to store & picked up. Parking plentiful, convenient access, no wait at counter, picked up pre-paid pkg from courteous clerk, walked around store, store well lighted, made shopping easy, wealth of all kinds of shoes for the entire family, latest styles, reasonably priced, various accessories available, store clean & provided great shopping experience! I will return!

I picked up a pair of gym shoes to wear when I go to PF to workout. Anna pointed me in the right direction and so I am very happy with the shoes I purchased even though I paid twice the amount I had planned.

I always find amazing steals at this location. Some of all time favorite shoes I have walked in were purchased from this store. The staff is always friendly to me, albeit I have never required any assistance beyond being rung up but I love coming here to see what amazing deals they have each season.

Find a shoe you like slim chance they have it in your size unless your a size 9. Anything bigger will have a hard time getting a pair you like in your size

I don’t care for this Southfield location. The customer service is so bad. The workers don’t greet customers walking in, and what is worse is that 2 male staff are so absorbed talking to each other that they barely help customers. If you ask for a shoe, they don’t attempt to help you look for it. If I ever need a shoe and the website directs me to this store, I will just order online. My opinion is don’t waste your time or spend your money at this location.
