“AMAZING!!! Not only did David give me the BEST customer service, he gave me the ability to sleep again! My Iphone12 was submerged in water for only 10 minutes tops. Apple claims to offer water resistant capabilities, but my phone was unable to survive. David took the time to "operate" on my phone and he never gave up. Everyone asked "did you back it up" - Yes but it was not completed and since then I have taken the right measures to ensure proper backing up has been put into order. What I can also tell everyone is that this is the 2nd time I have gone to Phone Doctors (in 12 years) and both times my issues were resolved. I cannot express my gratitude in words! Thank you David!”

“My son had the glass replaced on his iphone 12 Max Pro. Best price around and the owner is very nice. Wish I had them replace my iphone 11 battery that I just had done the day before at another shop. I paid a LOT more. Southfield isn't close to my home but I will return with any other repairs. 2 thumbs up.”
