I loved this store, five stars! all staff were very nice and friendly, clothes had lots of variety, and had good quality. Had lots of successes, and was very clean and organized! Had not only clothes but many well quality items as well. Would come back again!

Amazing experience, would come back! All clothes were in perfect condition and so so many options to choose from! Very organized and clean, amazing and patient staff! If i could rate a 6 star i would! 100 percent recommend to anyone looking for a good place to shop!

By far the best upscale retail store in the area. Worth the drive from anywhere in Oakland County or beyond. Fair competitive pricing based on designer, organized like your favorite boutique shop, friendly and helpful staff who are able and willing to guide you with your shopping experience (they are all volunteers). In addition they offer various weekly and daly discounts. Best of all, all profits go to support the education fund at The Southfield Christian School. WIN/WIN in my book!

I always find something I like. Last week, I found the right bracelets for my nieces. ( nice jewelry). And found a beautiful patterned cookie plate. I also appreciate their current discounts.

I love Encore. The cashiers are always courteous and friendly, engaging in conversations as you make purchases. The store is neat and clean. The new signage is helpful. There is always a weekly sale - clothing, home goods, and the like. If the sale is 25% off a category, you can combine the daily sale and get up to 50% off. For example, Monday is senior day and seniors can get another 25% off. It is a great resale shop. Well organized. You'll be surprised what you can find there.

Encore is probably the cleanest, most well run resale store I've seen. The workers are polite, kind and knowledgeable and the product selection and quality is outstanding. I would highly recommend Encore Upscale Resale!!!!!!
