Safe and clean units. Do not have to worry about insects! Only thing I wish was that there were at least small trash bins on the outer part but can understand that they may attract insects and such but overall great storage center. Also shout out to Jordan, amazing customer service!!

Liz was amazing! Friendly, informative, and took the time to answer all our questions. The facility is exceptional - clean, bright, secure. We love the fact that there are security cameras all over the facility, and that management can monitor the entire structure. Best choice for our belongings. Excellent value.

I came to this location after dealing with the rude front desk staff at the Evergreen Road EZ Storage. Over at Southfield Road however, Jordan at the front desk was very helpful and guided me through renting a unit. I hadn't rented a storage unit before so this was a very good experience.
