Do Not Use FedEx their customer service is horrible they don't do anything to actually help. They give no time for Delivery and then refuse to bring your things back the same day.expecting you to pick it up.

Went here, the lady refused to take my packages back because they wanted to sell me A $10 roll of tape took it to another FedEx location had 0 issues. I will never go here again. And I don't recommend you to either go to the one on greenfield, and ten mile it's WAY better.

Dear FedEx Customer Service,
I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply troubling experience I encountered at one of your locations recently. As a loyal FedEx customer who relies on your services for my business, I was shocked and disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of one of your employees.
During my visit to the 21600 melrose Southfield Mi 48033 around 10am. I attempted to retrieve a package that I had previously requested to be held at the store because I wasn't sure off the drop off time. I arrived with all the necessary documentation and information required to collect my package for my business. However, I was met with immediate hostility from the employee at the counter. Instead of assisting me, she exhibited a rude and dismissive attitude that was both unexpected and unacceptable.
Despite my polite demeanor and clear presentation of the required information, she refused to release my package. It felt as though she was more interested in asserting her authority than in providing customer service. I understand that employees can have off days, but her behavior was far beyond what can be considered professional or courteous.
When I requested to speak with her manager to address the situation, she flatly denied my request, insisting that there was no need for a manager's involvement. This refusal to escalate the issue only compounded my frustration. As a paying customer, I believe I have the right to speak to a supervisor when I feel that my concerns are not being addressed appropriately.
Additionally, when I asked for her name so that I could file a formal complaint about her conduct, she refused to provide it. This lack of accountability is concerning and reflects poorly on your organization. It is crucial for FedEx to uphold a standard of service that respects and values its customers, and this experience has left me questioning that commitment.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further. I believe that all customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of the situation. I trust that FedEx values its reputation and will take appropriate action to ensure that such behavior is addressed and corrected. Unfortunately I only can provide a picture of the associate.
Please let me know how you plan to handle this situation. I would like to ensure that no other customer has to endure such an unpleasant experience in the future. My business relies on timely and respectful service, and I hope to continue using FedEx, provided that this matter is taken seriously.

Fed ex and this location get zero stars and I would recommend going to another location in northern Oakland county as this location is close to Detroit so they treat u how they feel Detroit should be treated my niece order an iPhone and schedule for it to be delivered she’s a minor and spent her Christmas money on the phone she gets an email from this pos company saying her package was delivered she went outside nothing then she checked the tracking and it says package was delivered and also says she signed for it she immediately brought it to my attention so I pulled up ring camera and delivery truck never even came down the street so I started to call and really didn’t get anywhere so drove up to the service center and spoke with two nobodies from this pos company and still didn’t get anywhere but I found it funny that the nobody behind the counter really wanted to see my ring camera footage so i declined to show footage and decided to go to my police station and make a criminal complaint because the nobody behind the counter call the driver of the route and she said there was a vehicle at the location parked out front and said that they were the brother of the person whom to be delivered and she just gave it to them no name or signature so police report was made and they were given the footage from delivery time …To save unwanted hassle and FEDEx is not going to help u will only get through to call centers u will never get through to an American or the corporate office in Memphis so I also filed a complaint with the State’s attorney general office and getting so frustrated with the lack of help I went to linked in and emailed every executive on the site and finally got an email back and so help but not much they pretty much said to file a claim with Apple and have it re sent yeah right will be picking up from the store lol one more thing I tried to request no delivery or fed ex employees to even put their feet on my property yet alone deliver anything to my house I will never use this pos company and any organization using them for service I will stay away from both the service center in Southfield mi north of 8 mile rd near lahser is a joke the drivers have there family and friends meet them on their route to steal high value items and the company could care less a pos company as big as this and will not give u a number want transfer you or anything there is no consequence to the actions of these employees because there is no to handle customer complaints so just DONT USE FED EX GED RX GROUND FEDERAL EXPRESS!!!!! A driver from this location was supposed to make a delivery at my apartment. Instead of knocking or ringing the bell he simply took a photo of the door and drove off. He did not even leave a tag. I had no chance to get my package. Thanks Aiden.
