First Lady made finding my dress such a delightful experience! I had previously been to several stores where I feel overlooked and unheard. I walked into First Lady voiced my needs and ended up finding the perfect dress. Sue created me the most beautiful overskirt, exactly to my liking. Maria walked me thru each step she was so personable and gave amazing input during each step of each process. They worked with me when it came to pricing, I feel like I got awesome pricing for all my needs. Thank you First Lady for helping me find my wedding dress.

I was looking for a dress for my daughter cotillion. First Lady had just what we wanted and the entire experience was wonderful. We felt like family and their dress selection is amazing. We will definitely be back.

Purchased a prom dress from this place and the whole process was TERRIBLE!!!
The alterations were HORRIBLE!! I had to go in countless times , even up til the day before my prom.. because they did NOT finish my alterations!!! I had to leave my dress , until my actual prom day which was an big inconvenience smh..just to get my dress and they still failed to fix their previous mistakes….i had to wear an uneven dress, that was sowed crooked to prom…. The owner NEVER once apologized… they were very rude to me, and even told me to shut up when I voiced my frustrations with them .I would never spend another dollar with them ..terrible service! Terrible people

I found a beautiful mother of the groom dress here, staff was nice. You do need to have some experience shopping for mothers, to shop here. It has some very high glamour and prices to match, so you need to know what you are looking for, and what you are willing to pay.

I came in super anxious that i wouldn’t find a dress, but as soon as i told them what i wanted they found the perfect dress for me! They were super helpful and kind, gave me some tips about my dress, and were quick and efficient! I advise everyone to come here if you’re looking for a dress for any special occasion.
