The big guy who works there is rude and he lied about trade in price. He told me that store policy was something but I asked another associate and they told me that just wasn’t true. He seems miserable and shouldn’t be front facing.

Things are kinda all over the place. Prior to the pokemon Prismatic Evoltuon drop, I went into the store to ask what the process is to pick one up since pre orders are gone. Emily, the store manager, said that they opened at 12 and I took her word for it... I came at 12, and when I looked up the store, it opened at 10 and totally missed the drop. Kinda sucks that the own employees don't even know the work hours and shame on me for not looking it up. Won't ever go back to this location or support gamstop. If I could revoke my pro membership, I would.

A small, yet well stocked store gave a lot of happiness to my 8 year old son. Caution as it’s located in a busy shopping plaza with people darting everywhere.

I bought a refurbished PS5 2 months ago. It started overheating to the point of shutting down within a week. I had to order a kit to take it apart and clean it, and it worked perfectly, which means they didn't do that. I also just had to get the inside of the controller cleaned, because of drift, so apparently they didn't do that either.

Store opens up at 11 AM. I decided to stop in around 1230 during my lunch break to grab something. Found a sign on the door that said at lunch 1226 to 1236 so I decided to wait until 1237 to go in to which I see they change the 3 to a four. Just find it funny that the employee worked less than two hours and already took a 30 minute break with nobody else covering and lock the doors. very big and inconvenience. Just sucks that they don’t have anybody else covering during periods of the day and are normally out of a lot of stock

Drove an hour to get an online order. Got there a 12:30pm. Lights were on but the gate was closed. Called a couple dozen times, waited almost an hour. No one came in, no one answered my call. There was a sign on the door that said they were going to be at a job fair in a few days. So as far as I can tell. No one works there and there is no one that you can call for any information. This place is a waste of time, go any where else! I'll try again Wednesday and give an update.

Called over 25 times. What's the point of having a phone number when you won't answer the phone? Do you think people have time or gas to be driving to the location, when you simply could have answer the phone. If you don't like your job, don't make us paying customers suffer for your negligence/unhappiness. Wish I could give no stars.

Ordered a few items to be shipped. Was the only store to carry them. After a day they cancelled my order saying they were no longer available. How can I order things that are no longer available? I will not be depending on GameStop moving forward and I recommend others to avoid as well.
