These people are crooks, uncaring, and absolute liars! I had my vehicle towed into there service department a bout two weeks ago. I was told it was 3 different reasons my car wouldn’t start. I trusted them and consented to each so called repair. Almost two weeks later I went to pick my vehicle up only to be told it couldn’t start and I would need to pay additional money to get it started. At this point I am fed up and I don’t want them to touch my vehicle. So I pay 1600 dollars for the repairs they told me I needed and had been done, ( mean while they took my battery core, and all the parts they repaired supposedly without my consent) I had to get my vehicle towed to another Auto repair shop. Go figure! I’m out of all this money, car still in the same shape, and EVERY SINGLE manager I spoke with has a pompous attitude and offered no resolution, no apologies, NOTHING! Never will I ever take another vehicle to this crooked deceptive place. They’re all out for money, and none of them could care at all. Deal with these crooks at your own risk. But this is a serious warning.!

I worked with Charlie and had a great experience. Everything was easy and smoothless. I went in a few months ago to test drive a car just because. My car was totaled a bit later (not my fault for the record) and randomly stopped in just because Charlie made a great impression. Walked out w a new car quickly and with a few laughs. Would recommend seeing him over anyone!

Made an appointment online for mid August to have some recall work done on my Elantra for mid September on a Saturday (my only day off).A few days before my appointment, I called to see if they could also do an oil change for me. Service rep that answered my call said they don’t do recall work on Saturday. When asked why their system allows for you to schedule stuff they don’t do, I got no answer. Only told I could reschedule.When I said I work all day on weekdays, and that I guess I’m going to have to cancel, she responded “okay it’s cancelled, bye”.Tried to reach out the dealer on their contact us, and got no response about this.What kind of place allows you to book appointments online, but doesn’t check them to make sure they can actually do the work on that day. They had a whole month to contact me back about it.Can only imagine how upset I would be to drive to them Saturday, only to be told sorry can’t help you.Now I’m off to travel, and probably can’t get the work done until next year with how far out everyone is booked.

The worst experience ever. I was about to buy a car from them on 08/31. We got the deal done a day before I paid down payment. We agreed that at 6 o'clock on 08/31 is the day to sign the paperwork. I want their at 6, the sales person says 30 minutes and the paperwork should be ready. After 30 min the store manager says the paperwork is not ready yet. I had to wait more the financial manager was buys. Long story short. I waited 2 and half hours ,and the paperwork was not ready, I talked to the store manager again I told him that I'm here, I want to buy a car, I paid down payment yesterday, I am here since 6 o'clock, that's not my first time buying or leasing a car, and the whole process should not take that long. The store manager says give us 15 min everything would be ready. He went to the finacial manager in a glass room and the financial manager throw the paperwork on the floor, then the store manager says we are not selling the car!!! Such unprofessional behavior and a lack of communication.

Made an appointment and drove about 40 minutes to just turn around and go home. I have a 2023 Hyundai experiencing electrical issues and the service advisor at intake told me he wouldn't give me a loaner even if he had one because I didn't buy the car at Glassman's. I unfortunately only have one vehicle that I pay a good amount of money for and I can not be without a vehicle for days. Its really upsetting that they couldn't help me or even care to make a effort at any kind of customer service. Will not return or even buy a vehicle from here as I was looking to upgrade to a 2024 I'll go elsewhere.

Great experience with this dealership. Just got my 2024 Tucson. Sales rep Blaze Bailey was great to work with, manager Josh was courteous and Dave is finance was amazing. My family is super happy with our new car. ?

Crystal Cogan was an excellent salesperson to work with. From the beginning, she listened to what we were looking for in the Santa Fe Hybrid. She never tried to influence to buy something we didn’t want. Being upfront on waiting for this vehicle, communicating regularly, and updating us was greatly appreciated and impressed us. You won’t find a better salesperson to listen and work with toward your needs.

I worked with Stanley who was so professional, but also down to earth. I am a first time buyer, so when I came in to purchase my delivered vehicle, I did a 'happy dance' and he matched my energy! The dealership was immaculate and they were very helpful! However, there were issues with the service center. My rep was amazing, but it took them weeks to figure out what was wrong with my truck. once they were able to figure it out, the problem was fixed quickly!

The service department is the best at Glassman! The Lafontaine group could learn a thing or two from Glassman. My car was taken back promptly, and the wait was less than an hour. Jorge was exceptional, his customer service skills are top tier and it shows! I traveled more than 45 minutes because the Hyundai service departments near me are garbage in comparison. Highly recommend!

Good place to buy cars, maybe not the best to get it serviced.I brought my car in because there’s a jingling noise in my air conditioner that has been driving me crazy for a couple years and my clutch had been stuttering. After having my car for about an hour they said “that’s just how your dual clutch transmission is”. I got the paperwork and they had combined my two separate issues into some random issue that I was not even experiencing (clicking when shifting; if they even checked it, they would know it wasn’t) and told me it was normal. Felt very unheard, ignored, and dismissed.Feldman Hyundai diagnosed the jingling as a blower motor issue and fixed it.
