I wanted to give 5 stars because they always have what I want/need but the customer service is horrible. I was in on 1 DEC 2024 and the supervisor Shauna/Shaun was very unprofessional. I was asking for assistance and she kept walking away. I observed her and she did it to another customer as if she was being interrupted from doing NOTHING. This isn't the first time this has happened. There's a manager there that is extremely HELPFUL which is the only reason I continue to go to this store. From now on if the supervisor I mentioned above is in I will turn around and leave, hopefully I won't need/want anything for an emergency or assistance. Products brings a customer in however poor customer service keeps a GOOD customer from coming back.

Every employee in the store on Friday 11-15-24 gets an A+ from me. They were very friendly and helpful to find the difficult to locate welding cart I was there to buy. A lesser store would have given up, but not these people, and I appreciate it!

No customer service at this location, I was the only one in the store , no Acknowledgment of me being there , Madison heights location I'll stick to going there even though this one is closer to my home. They training there conversation meant more to them sad, I came to spend money.

Great place to grab that tool you need now. Quality has improved over the years & as a professional mechanic that only bought Snap-on for 20 years, I am impressed, especially with the ICON handtools and their warranty! Great stuff!
