“I’ve been going to Natural Food Patch almost 30 years. The staff has always been polite and helpful. There’s always someone available to answer questions and offer suggestions.”
“I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS HEALTH FOOD STORE!!!!!! I’VE BEEN GOING TO THIS STORE FOR 25-30YRS,,,,, JUDY IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!! SHE PUTS DOCTORS TO SHAME!!!!!! SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE’S DOING AND SHE’S VERY VERY THOROUGH,,,,,,,, BECAUSE OF HER EXPERTISE AND KNOWLEDGE, I DO NOT AND I REPEAT,,,,, I DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE PRESCRIBED DRUGS,,,, and if by chance I have to take any type of medicine,,, it’s ONLY FOR A SHORT TIME!!!!! IF I COULD,,,,, I WOULD GIVE THIS STORE MILLIONS OF GOLD STARS!!!!!!! I RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO EVERYONE ACROSS THE WORLD!!!!!!!”
“Love this health food store! So many choices for gluten free and dairy free. They also sell essential oils in there.
Very friendly service by the workers in there.
Highly recommend!”
“Store manager Alan is a great manager for this location. I am a frequent customer here whom has had plenty of conversations with the man, his team is also very friendly and nice. Show them respect and they will do the same. The produce and grocery is always well stocked and maintained, and the quality is always fresh. If you live around this area I would make it a frequent stop too.
In regards to selling expired items comment - many local grocery stores do this, they sell it marked down and it is up to the consumer whether or not to purchase them. I for one appreciate a grocery chain that tries to sell them at a severely reduced price instead of discarding the product and adding to the American food waste our country is afflicted by, shame on whoever says otherwise. And I appreciate that they freeze there meats before allowing it to expire - for corporate big wigs, allow them to lower their prices on frozen discounted meats, the discount isn't enough as it once was to justify the purchase.
Their deli is top tier. Novi location is better for selection, but the manager lady makes sure it's run well and clean.
I shop here several times a week, and many times a month, haven't seen any rodents as mentioned in the reviews here.”
