I was told to drop off my taxes last year because they were busy and it wasn’t the current year taxes . I called them after they didn’t call me in the timeframe they said they would to find out not only did they not finish my taxes they lost them . After talking to many managers , employees and corporate no one knows what happened to my sensitive information. So everyday I have to worry if I will be subject to identity theft because of their negligence. I’m leaving this review for future customers to make sure they get all of the paperwork back so they do not experience what I did . Sherri Ann Wynter was terrible. I was rushed off the phone when I talked to her. She did not put what I told her needed to be put down for insurance. She kept saying the things I stated were not needed. I trusted and should not have. My return was rejected because she did not put down what I told her about Marketplace Insurance. The manager was rude to when I told her I could not submit online. Terrible experience. I have been with H&R block for years and everyone has been great. This was the worst experience I had. Customer service was awful and rushed.
