I went to this store TODAY and one of the girls that was working there was having a full conversation on the phone. People were just standing around and the two girls didn’t offer to help. Only the guy that was there was the only one assisting everyone. The girls were very unprofessional and didn’t seem to want to work there.

Came in to return an item I purchased from the Redford/Detroit location. I was not greeted when I came into the store. The associate China Boyd was extremely Unprofessional and rude unnecessarily. I asked her if there was an issue with returning at this location and she said no. However, she continued to talk underneath her breath saying something in regards to it will have to go under their numbers and they didn’t have that much cash. I am currently waiting for the corporate office to contact me in regards to this transaction. Please hire more friendly associates with customer service experience. Customers shouldn’t feel like a problem when coming to spend money or return items.

I went to the store on Wednesday and realized it closed at 7 o'clock. The people were bordering being rude so I left due to it being 10 minutes to 7 o'clock. I came back the next day at 6:10 PM and couldn't get in because the girls that were working had the door locked and the told me they were closed already.
