This Kroger will have you shopping for produce practically in the dark. They don't turn all the lights on until about 7 o'clock. They open at 6 a m. There's no use trying to buy money orders or anything before 8 o'clock a.m. If your store opens at 6 am you should be fully operational for the customer. Oh and the cashiers have the nastiest attitudes and don't know how to talk to people. Don't be mad at me I didn't do anything to you. Your job depends on people shopping there you need to train them on customer service for real. Sicj if shoooing un the dark at a poorly stocked store. No whole milk this morning. Do Better.

Not a wide variety of cheese also could not find blue cheese at all! When I’ve been there the last few times a lot of the outside aisles are sparse. Perhaps I’ve just shopped on the wrong days.

I’ve been coming to this location for years only because I’m super local to the area… never truly had any issues with any employees but there’s always 2 that hang around the self checkout line full of rude and unwelcoming attitudes. Makes me wonder why they even work there.

An older Kroger but good sales, produce, wide variety of foods and GF. Has sushi bar no gas and small meat counter. Nice staff

I observed a worker at the Kroger located at 19855 W. 12 Mile, Southfield on October 7, handling food with no regard to sanitary practices. I filmed the worker in the bakery department packaging cookies in the clear containers without gloves on her hands. The worst part is she stopped twice while I was there to push buttons on her phone and eat a cookie. With cold, flu and covid season upon us, shop at your risk.

This Kroger is so filthy and stinks so bad. Every time I go here it stinks like old seafood. It needs to be closed.

Whenever I come in there are no baskets at the entrance. I end up being the one to go to check out, grab 15 baskets, and leave them at the entrance. Too many of the employees are way too rude, and half the time the self-checkout lanes are not working. One of the worst Krogers in the area

Kudos to the manager, Corey Canty and Susan in HBA for making sure I had what I needed and answered my questions thoroughly.
BTW: Bring back your copy/print services at the customer service desk!! I had to go to another chain only for the store hours since it is a Sunday.
I would have much rather saved a few bucks and printed it off at the store while I was getting my paper towels and such!
Keep up the good improvements at this location!

I stopped at this Kroger only because it was on my way home from work and what a mistake that was! I Promise, I will never step foot into this location ever again! I got glared at by every single employee, the meat counter literally had nasty moldy fish for sale! I’ve never wanted to leave a grocery store faster in my entire life! I can’t say it enough DO NOT go to this Kroger!

I went there for fish last week and it never looks fresh plus there have been crazy homeless people bothering me in the store twice.
