Terrible experience with Lowe’s Southfield (#1604). Ordered doors in June, and after months of delays, lost measurements, multiple cancellations, incorrect sizing (despite Lowe’s doing the measurements), and incomplete installation, my garage was unusable for over a month. Had to chase down missing parts, and despite promises, the job wasn’t completed until December! Poor communication, lack of accountability, and unacceptable service. Lowe’s needs to do better. Would not recommend for door installation!

This has been the most frustrating experience I have had at Lowe’s. I placed an online order, believing it would be an efficient way to complete my task. However, I was completely mistaken. My order for 12’ sticks of shoe molding was picked and packed with items that I never added to my cart. When I requested
a correction, I was informed that I would need to initiate a return on an item I never ordered nor was on my receipt .. to obtain the item I actually needed to complete my job that day. This bureaucratic process turned what was supposed to be a quick trip into an hour-long ordeal. Lowe’s needs to either improve its efficiency in picking orders or devise a more time-efficient method of correcting its mistakes that are less inconvenient for customers.

The people that work here have zero brain cells. It's so sad. I called to order a pallet of soil for my company for my employees to pick up (our company is located in Port huron but my employees are working in the southfield area working and are going to pick the pallet up while they are out there) she kept not listening to me or understanding and kept saying we are too far away for a delivery and I have to order the pallet online or come into the store to order it. Again, A)I can't come into the store, I am over an hour away
B) my employees are going to pick it up and we do not want delivery
C) there is no option to order a pallet online
D) I asked for a manager and of course "manager will call you back"
I get that times are tough and good employees are hard to come by but do these people seriously not get any customer service training? Do they not know how to operate computers? They are too illiterate to take an order over the phone?
I literally order this same thing over the phone all the time but this girl just can't seem to figure it out.

I wish the store would get its item pricing correct. It should not be the customer's job to find the items on the floor that the store did not intend to sell. Such items are priced at $0.02 to signal to the POS system that they cannot be sold. This store leaves the items on the sales floor for customers to take to the register and be told they cannot purchase the item even at the original markdown price. I particularly resent how management acts as if it's the customer's fault when this happens. The staff may not always be as friendly at Home Depot, but at least they know how to do their job

Meh, experience there on multiple occasions. Manager wouldn't hold a couple of items for me so that I could go get my truck. Had to go to home Depot and rent a truck because of it. They didn't even know they had the blowers I wanted and all.of the sudden they couldn't hold them for 2 hours. Have arrived at opening time on a couple of occasions and they certainly are in no rush to open the doors. Usually about 5 minutes after 6 it takes them.

Customer service is laughable. If you feel like having lazy workers not want to help you this is the place to be. This place keeps getting robbed and us law abiding customers get screwed. Thanks Lowe's

This store is the worst I have been to
I shop numerous lowes stores as I travel around for work. Cashier was totally rude
I gave my # for military discount showed id
And was told that the veteran has to be present to get the discount. I told her lowes policy is the spouse is eligible as well.
She was argumentative and said that this was policy. I have always got a discount at every other lowes store . So I called the corporation offices guess what policy is the spouse gets the discount as well.
This store has so many problems from crap in the wrong places to piles of product not put away . But this is the worst I will never shop this store again.
YOU HAVE A TRASH STORE HERE ,FROM THE MANAGMENT DOWN THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor management skills exhibited by Dustin Wilkinson. Needs customer service training and needs to learn how to properly and effectively run a store. Dustin did not provide timely assistance when asked and I asked politely if his staff to speak with him and he refused to come out of his office. I waited twenty minutes for him to speak with me and he kept telling the cashier he was coming but refused to show up. I am very disappointed with the selection of this individual who does not possess Diversity Equality and Inclusion skills needed especially servicing the customers in this urban area. Please resolve this issue immediately and thanks!
