Nowadays, finding honest, fair mechanics and collision experts is a rarity. I've had my fair share of people not keeping their word, sugarcoat a problem, or take advantage of me down on my luck. As soon as I met and spoke with Mr. Haitham however, I realized that I had met such a rarity, that he would deal with me fairly, as long as I dealt fairly back.
He understood my situation immediately and was honest with his assessment of my vehicle and what I was wanting (namely to get it functional and safe). His price was more then fair and he was more then happy to show me his work and what he had done to make sure I knew nothing had been done that wasn't a necessity.
In an incredibly hard, and stressful situation for me, I felt assured that at least in this it would be okay. The night and day difference of the vehicles state is impressive. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work, honesty, and efficiency of Master Tech. While hopefully I will not need their collision repair services anytime soon, I at least feel assured I will have a trusted place to turn to if I do.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Haitham at Master Tech. My Jeep was backed into and had some dents and paint scuffing. Him and his team did a phenomenal job at making my car look brand new. He’s a very personable man and I appreciated all his help. Would HIGHLY recommend his shop and I will be going back for any future body shop work if needed!

Hamaith, and his team, were absolutely amazing! He was super friendly, super fast, and the work was perfect! He even fixed some things that we had not planned (for free!). Truly the best. Don't hesitate!

I was referred to Master Tech by a co-worker, and I highly recommend them! They are honest and always try to help you. I’ve brought vehicles here twice now. The first time was after my daughter accidentally hit a garage door with my brand-new Toyota. I got quotes from two different body shops, and Master Tech’s estimate was a third of the price compared to the other shop.

Nobody wants to have to go to a body shop but I would highly recommend coming here if you have to. I just got my car back yesterday and am very pleased with the work done as well as the interactions with the manager who made the experience more pleasant than I would have expected. He explained the different options I had and went out of his way to keep the costs down. Truly a great place to do business with.

Master tech did an excellent job with my auto repairs, my car was ready as promised, looked brand new. The cost of repairs were very reasonable. If I ever need auto repairs, Master Tech Collision it is. I highly recommend you won’t be discouraged.

My advice: Trust the 4.9-star rating and choose Master Tech for your repairs. Haitham and his team were simply fantastic to work with -- one of the best customer service experiences of my life.
The body and paint work was done beautifully -- my car looked showroom new after the repairs. Furthermore, when I started having issues with the used taillights authorized by my insurance, Master Tech advocated for me and made the process of getting replacement parts hassle-free.
This is a team that takes a lot of pride in their work and in doing right by their customers. If I ever need repair work done again, I will certainly be coming back.
(As a plus, they're also walking distance to Enterprise for anyone who needs a car rental.)

The very best customer service. Twice now I have had vehicles here. They go above and beyond FOR the customer. Very fortunate to have been referred. This is the only shop I suggest to people when need service! The insurance company missed half the damage issues on the first truck I took there. The owner got me ALL the damages covered that insurance overlooked. Thank you again.
