My lashes didn't last a week glued to my skin my right eye glued shat. I mentioned i could open my eye she was like when you her is a fan you can come out when you can open them. Multiple lashes glued together made my eyes hurt. My right eye hurt for days the cornea was scratched from the pad it was red never again. I went years ago it was great the was lite weight. Those photos post are not current. I wasn't even asked what length I wanted. You could feel the pulling from the lashes being stuck together the pain. Waste of money something to me not to go that day I should have listened.

This is hands down the BEST Salon & Spa I have ever gone to! Literally from the time you walk in the door you are treated like a customer. But the HIGHLIGHT is the AWESOME Lash Doctor Irina. I had no eyelashes from going to random people and not only did she teach me how to grow and take care of my lashes but I left there in tears because I GOT MY LIFE BACK! I felt so comfortable that I went back to get my eyebrows microblade and when I say TOP NOTCH it is an understatement. Professional, clean, relaxing and great service! I am a customer for LIFE!! Kudos Pigalle Salon and Irina!

I bought a microdermabrasion package from Groupon. I received three in the package. I was a little apprehensive the first time, but there was no need I couldn't wait to go back. I have to admit I tried another place Groupon offered and there was no comparison. Pigalle is the winner, hands down. It's definitely worth the drive from Harrison Township to Southfield. Megan made my skin look and feel amazing. The products are wonderful. The whole experience was great.

LOVE this salon- owner Irina is incredibly talented with hair- I get constant compliments and total strangers ask me who my stylist is. She comes up with a unique personalized cut/color after taking into account your fashion style, personality, lifestyle, face shape, coloring, hair texture, etc. She's a creative genius, not just a stylist- cant recommend her enough! (My only hesitation in giving glowing reviews is that she might become too busy for me). Ka and Marissa, who do my lashes and brows- are also terrific! They go out of their way to make sure they understand what look you want, and that you are happy with results. I've sent many friends and my sister here for micro blading- all were happy! The salon is spacious, clean, comfortable and I never feel rushed. Staff is incredibly warm, never snobby or cranky like at many of the salons I've patronized in Birmingham. Schedulinf is a breeze, and I've never had more than 10 min wait. They offer a lot of services and a great selection of products, which is super convenient. You won't be disappointed!

Don’t come here. Horrible service. I went in to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. I have naturally thick eyebrows and good shape and requested for just the extras to be removed. The lady doing my eyebrows did a horrible job- she waxed with single hand without holding down my skin with the other. This was weird for my eye area and hurt a little. I ignored it. When I looked at the mirror at the end result I was shocked. She had waxed off the end of one my eyebrows by making it shorter than the other. There was a gap!! Also she had randomly waxed and didn’t look like she had any experience. Now I have weird shaped eyebrows and one shorter than the other. She used tint to fill it but I am furious.She did a horrible job with my upper lip too..she just did the corners , I had to ask her to do the middle area. I still have hair left on my upper lip.Hate this place, can’t believe they can’t do simple eyebrow and upper lip waxing.

Nice salon, very clean and everyone was really nice. I was getting lash extensions by Marissa. I absolutely loved her work and would've continued seeing her. I'm not really sure what happened. I had been going to her for at least 6 months. I had an appointment scheduled a day before leaving for vacation. Unfortunately she became I'll so the receptionist called to cancel it. Once I got back in town I called to make another appointment to make up for the one that was canceled and there were no openings. I waited a week and then called again. This time I had to leave a message on the answering machine. Marissa called me back and asked when I wanted to come in. I asked if I could come in after 5 on Thursday. She said let me see if I can move a client up, I'll give you a call back. That call back never came. Desperate to still have my lashes filled in because it had been three weeks now and I was headed back out of town that Friday, I called back at least three more time. Never got an answer or a call back. Considering she canceled my initial appointment I would've thought she would've reached out to me to reschedule. That didn't happen. I'm not a customer who complains and I always tip 20% or more. Again I'm not sure why I was dropped as a customer so if you don't mind this happening to you, feel free to make an appointment. As for me, I'm going to take my $125 every two weeks to a place with better customer service.

Hands down best Salon I’ve ever been to. Marisa was the one who helped me, and was incredible. I heard she was very professional and experienced from a friend and thus was definitely true. The salon was a very clean and welcoming place, which I really loved and appreciated. I felt that what I wanted was definitely completed. Amazing environment and staff, will definitely be coming back for future visits. Also the respectful lady who I believes name was Erena, who specialized in the microblading, was super kind and helpful.
