Setup artists for apartments in Southfield. They'll park by 7-8 am and the complex will tell them which cars to take without notifications to the owners. Beware of tow trucks that don't live there.

They towed my car and damaged it when the put it down on the ground , cracked the lower lip bumper, scratched it under and bended the grill
Further more they cause more damage to the rear wheel that provoked the tow, because they refuse to use a dolly , stating that they do not care!
Next step for me is Small Claims Court

My son was in a accident and the police came, they called this tow company and the driver charged my son an extra 100.00 to tow his truck less than a quarter mile. When we called to get the receipt to get a reimbursement from Triple A, the receipt said that they only charged him 295.00. Instead of 395. The driver pocketed an extra 100.00. Will never use this company again and I suggest that no one should....they rip people off!!!!!!!

Quality Towing provided excellence service. I had no wait time. I was provided fast, professional, friendly service.I would recommend them as your go to towing company. Do yourself a favor store their number in your phone for whenever you need professional quality service. (5 star)

I want to thank Quality Towing service for their services because yesterday they went over and beyond for me and my son and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.if it wasn't for them my Son wouldn't have his vehicle thank you to the manager and Courtney and can't thank you 2 enough I really appreciate you both from the bottom of my heart you both just don't know how thankful me and my son are you both were so kind and helpful.I will never ever forget what these two amazing women did for us you definitely saved us I can't believe the bad reviews because ain't know way they are true.me and my son are so grateful for these 2 ladies complete angels thank you God and bless these 2 beautiful angels because my Son would not have his vehicle if it wasn't for them.I highly recommend their services.

Extremely Unprofessional Behavior from Night Shift Associate at Quality Towing
I had a highly disappointing experience with an associate working the night shift at Quality Towing. After being involved in an accident, I called to inquire about verbally releasing my vehicle to my insurance company. Initially, I was informed that I would need to call back in the morning, which I understood. However, when I politely asked for the appropriate time to call back, the associate's demeanor turned incredibly rude and obnoxious. He raised his voice and made me feel stupid for simply seeking information about my vehicle. While I recognize that it was after business hours, I was understandably concerned about the status of my vehicle following the accident. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's customer service standards.

I pick up Insurance cars for an account and I frequently go to this tow yard the people are currently the customer service is great I have no issues when going to pick up vehicles from this place

After having my car towed by the rude tow truck agency, I noticed that the Traction Control and ABS lights were on. This was not an issue before the towing incident. It's certain that their rough handling during the towing process caused these warning lights to illuminate. I faced immediate repairs and expenses that weren't necessary before.I had to get my car inspected by a qualified mechanic to determine the extent of the damage caused by the towing and to address the warning lights. I'm disappointed that I have to deal with these issues because of the negligence of the tow agency. They must take responsibility for the damage they caused and ensure they handle vehicles more carefully in the future.

My car was crashed into by a driver who was not paying attention. Quality Towing was called to collect my car and I was taken by ambulance to a local ER. While in the ER, I discovered my wallet was left in my car causing me further distress. The towing office was closed and I had to wait until the next. I was able to be discharged, so I went the next day after I had to do several other ridiculous activities, i.e. go to the police station to get the car released for the insurance company to retrieve it. Anyway I had to get my things from the car and remove the license plate. Well, I forgot to remove the plate and did not remember until the next day. Of course I would have no way to remove it and the office closed at 11:45. I called and spoke to Linda. OMG, she was the best! She said she would actually have someone remove it for me and I could pick it up next week. I was so greatful to her and the company because not only was my wallet undisturbed, I feel like during this incredibly stressful time, she/they really lightened my load. We hear many disturbing stories about tow companies, but Quality Towing and Ms. Linda have absolutely demonstrated that their name fits their services . Thanks guys for keeping my belongings safe and going above and beyond for me.
