Had car trouble and was stranded on the side of the freeway, I called Ross towing the driver answered and was very nice, he told me he would be there within a hour and got to me in 15 mins. I would recommend them for any towing needs.

Shout out to Ross Towing for making my experience pleasurable after having my vehicle towed and impounded by Farmington trashy police department. Everything went smooth. Thank you. Only issue is the cover for my side view mirror was missing. No worries though everything else was in tact.

The owner Chris is not honest and a terrible communicator. He doesn’t do what he says. He always has an excuse. Steve is cool/staff is fine. But Chris has issues period. He has no regard for safety and respect. He cares more about the load than his own drivers which is sad. He doesn’t care if you don’t get rest or if the semi truck your driving has issues….he just says keep going your fine. Equipment always has issues or need some type of repair. Semi trucks aren’t clean and you have to constantly keep putting antifreeze in them. Or the seals on the glad hands are bad or transmission stops shifting… it’s always something. Even the schedule is ridiculous. It’s days employees only get 4 to 5 hours of rest which is illegal bc we are required to have 10 hours of SB. It’s times drivers had to work 15 hour to 19 hour shifts. That’s illegal. (No more than 14 hrs). Chris isn’t honest period. He tells you one thing and does something completely different. Don’t work here. No benefits at all.

Do not use this company. Thier main goal is to charge you as much as they can & hire shady people. owner does not care about anything. all i needed was a title from them but nope. owner said by law he cant give it to me which is a lie. make sure if you do get your car tower by them you check they didnt steal your stuff.

Recently I had a blow out on the freeway. Ross towing was called by the State Police and came to tow me. Ryan drove me back to the tow yard. One of the nicest guys ever. He was beyond helpful, and explained everything well. Many of us do not know what happens once we get towed, and there are questions. He was polite and knowledgeable, and just an all around nice guy. If he represents this place it is wonderful. Thank you Brian for all the help. Thank you Ross towing.

My sister was stranded on side of road - we called AAA, state police and nobody helped us. Ross transport showed within 30 minutes and handled perfectly!

DO NOT EVER USE Ross Towing they are allowing my sons father to drive around with him in his tow truck with NO CARSEAT, BOOSTER SEAT, NOTHING!! He is 4 years old. Called up to the company and the OWNER hung up on me TWICE. Apparently they all find it okay for him to be in the trucks with no car seat.They also have their drivers stash cars in random parking lots, so they can go on other calls. Instead of taking them straight to the impound.

Unfortunately my son was involved in accident that Ross Towing was used by state police. We were very pleased with the service of both the tow driver and the lady at the office. Steve kept his word on agreement we made on salvaging the car. I would use service again if we ran into a situation if we are in this location again. I called for an estimate for a tow and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I will never give Ross Towing my business so PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! You don’t have to spend your money with people who don’t respect you. 5/23@11:40am

They don't take advantage of people who get pulled over by Farmington Hills, Mi. Police Department that lies and sets you up. They have compassion for others. Awesome people!!!!
