4 out of 8 pumps do not work. It's a shame at such a high priority location, the owner doesn't take care of his own facility.

Cashiers and or front attendants was not attending there station therefore, I was unable to get serviced in a timely manner. I search for the attendant, and once I located the attendant, he and she Were unpleasant and uninterested in unconcerned about Assisting me. The cashiers assisted me reluctantly. And unwillingly and was more interested in text messaging and paying her phone I noticed that the name tags are not visible on the attendance in this location. I received terrible services at this location and I will be making a complaint

I needed to access an ATM at approximately 10:20pm, so I decided to stop at this location. After withdrawing my cash, I needed to make change from a $20 bill. When approaching the cashier that was working at this time, he didn't see that I had also grabbed an item to purchase - that being said, I went to ask him to break my $20 and his entire demeanor instantly became agitated, as if he was going to tell me absolutely not, if I was to ask for the $20 to be broken. but before he had the chance, I put the item down that I was purchasing, therefore it would break the $20 with my change being given back. Then after making my purchase, I needed to make a deposit to Cashapp. He refused to do this and told me he would not do this for me since it was after 8pm. Makes no sense because every other speedway has been able to fulfill my Cashapp deposit requests! Terrible customer service to think that this man behind the counter was going to be agitated and mean to a girl!

Icee machine never works. Everything is always out of stock. Cashiers have the rudest attitude, Knats in donuts, unclean, this is a regular gas station, not a speedway.

Can you give zero Stars? This location has some of the rudest customer service I've encountered at many Speedway's. They are always stocking shelves but it still looks depleted and dirty. Weird.

They had an offer posted throughout the store advertising $3 for 3 rollers (something I've taken advantage of several times at other locations) and refused to honor it at the register. The cashier lied to my face, telling me it was something that needed to be redeemed through the app, which I know is blatantly false due to past experiences with the promotion. Instead of just admitting they hadn't taken down the advertising for a promotional offer that seems to have recently ended, they intentionally lied and scammed me. I didn't want to pay for the rollers after this, but I was sternly told by the cashier that I had no choice since they couldn't be put back onto the grill. Do not visit this location. The extra few minutes driving to the next one will be worth it.

This has to be by far one of the slowest speedways that I've ever been to. The line was extremely long and no one thought to open another register, people have to get work. The manager just literally looked around and said, "it's a party out here". We're not trying to stay here and party with you, we need to go. I guess the joke didn't hit as expected , because nobody found it humourous at all! They were out of all coffee creamer and she proceeded to yell to a coworker that she had to call someone and get some. What was supposed to be a 5min convenience trip, shouldn't have took 20min. I feel bad I cheated on my main speedway for this one - never again.

Every time I go here to get a fountain drink (This is the third and final chance for this location), the syurp isn't changed and all I get out is water. When I notice they respond "oh well, we don't have that then. "
How about a refund? We can only get diet because of diabetic reasons, it's not as simple as just getting a different one. You hardly stock diabetic friendly options as it is.
Do better.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don't rate establishments, but this one was so bad I felt the need, too. The entire store was dirty. Coffee station is trashed. Nothing on the grills. 2 slices of pizza were there but looked hours old. The shelves in almost every aisle were messy. Collers had sodas all over the place and very under stock. My experience was also at 1 pm. I wouldn't think the store got destroyed over a little lunch rush. This is definitely an under maintained store.
