Came to store on Christmas Eve. The workers did not show up until after the opening time with a parking lot full of customers. They then proceeded to tell a few customers it would be another 20 minutes before opening. Completely unprofessional. The workers need to be prompt and have better communication with clients. Would not recommend this store at all. After telling the worker what I was there for, he behaved in such a manner that was displeasing to him. Yeah... just all around non professionalism.

I had a nightmare experience with Xfinity and I came to T mobile and was blessed to have Ms. Tamyra H. resolve my multiple issues and transfer my internet and mobile service to T mobile. Ms. Tamyra was extremely knowledgeable, patient and I am so greatful that Ms. Tamyra was here to help me. Thank You Ms. Tamya and T mobile.

Spoke to a young man named Ken. He was friendly, professional, and well versed on the products and services offered at this location. This store was very clean and spacious. It was also well staffed. Convenient parking. The considerate employees wear masks for the benefit of customers.

This location fixed my phone with no problems. I went to the store on 9 mile in Ferndale, and they couldn't do anything. SAME phone, same problem, same company! The location on 9 mile only wants to sell phones and provides zero, I mean zero customer service!

I would rate the overall customer service a 4/5. The staff at 10 mile & Southfield Rd was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were super friendly too. Everything was fine and I even recommended some of my family to attend this store until I saw my bill. I was charged an additional $250. When I inquired with corporate about the matter, they said I had 5 lines and a tablet on my account. I went to this store to add one line to my account that already has two lines. Corporate canceled the two lines and tablet that I don’t have because I never ordered it and I just discovered today that my son’s line is still intertwined with one of the canceled lines. I don’t know what kind of foolery scam they pulled, but I am beyond disappointed that these guys talked to me for over an hour about shows, phones, and traveling only to add stuff to my account that I didn’t ask for. If you all are reading this, shame on you. I don’t know if you were trying to help me get a lower rate or what. This has put me in a bad situation. I owe $700.
