I am writing this to make sure people are aware of what they're getting themselves into. This is the 3rd time in two years I have allowed Tamaroff Honda rotate my tires and heard the horrific, terrifying sound of loose lug nuts, only to find almost every lug nut could loosen by hand. Now I wonder if they have actually changed my oil? This is bare minimum expectation: did you or did you nut tighten the lug nuts.Steve was my service advisor and he is the only thing that kept me as a customer because he reassured me it was a one off. Second time I thought, maybe a post-pandemic fluke? Third time literally 1 lug nut was hanging on for dear life on the front driver side, and 2 other tires had lug nuts that my husband could turn several times with a lug wrench. Steve is no longer working at this location.I brought my car to Tamaroff to let them know what happened and have them check to see if it damaged the studs. I specifically asked to be present when they tightened the lug nuts before I left. My advisor shrugged this off. When they were done "inspecting" I again asked and he said they were already done. The biggest red flag to me is that they were not more concerned that this happened. They seemed completely indifferent.Tamaroff has certainly lost at least one customer this year. I HIGHLY suggest you check your lug nuts before ever driving off their lot. Could be a life or death decision.
