Saturday 8/3 between 10a-1030a. I went in ready to send my Amazon package back but my barcode some how went away. So the blonde curly hair person proceeded to tell me, let me know when your ready in a nasty tone and walked away, I laughed it off in the inside and proceeded to get the barcode and had the other young lady scan my return.(Thank you)I was out less than 2 min after the rude person walked away and said let her know when I'm ready, she needs to be a little more patient, If I'm ever in there again and she's working and no one else, I'm finding service else where. If I could give the person who took care of me s 5 star I would . The 1 is for the impatient person.

It was my first time coming to this location and the tall young man named moe at this ups store did a fantastic job. He actually walked me through all the tech steps for my Amazon return which shocked me because at other ups stores they don’t care about that and just shoo me away. Even when I was waiting in line he was super helpful and professional, I was really impressed!

I came in for notary services and Layla was amazing! The staff is very friendly and warm. I was greeted as soon as I walked in which is very important to me. The store could use some music though.

i always like to go to this location, i believe Sue is her name (with curly hair ) very nice and lovely lady, she has a cute smile and makes me welcome every time . shes very professional and really knows what shes doing, Always helps. The wait is not long . i went there this morning and i was in /out in a min. very happy with this place. Keep up the good work guys... Ps. Put some music is boring and quiet other then that very happy with the employees ….

Normally, I don’t take time to write a review, but every since this UPS moved to the new location service has been poor. The ladies today 8/4 at 2:00 pm both were rude and unprofessional. Hopefully the owner who works hard and has good work ethics, need to stress customer service with his staff.

The 2 young ladies working Saturday August 1st at 11:50am have absolute horrible attitudes. Poor customer service!!! They need to be trained to great and assist customers better. Especially the foreign girl, her personality SUCKS

Not sure what the issue is with this location and receiving packages but for some reason packages between them and the Madison Heights warehouse seem to get lost or stolen a little too often. The drivers never attempt delivery to the actual address. Ever since I switched my UPS access point, I've never had that issue again. Something isn't right.

They charge $1-$5 to tape up a box. It’s a black older lady in there small build, nasty attitude horrible customer service from her. The guys were pleasant.
