Several of the Belvita food items had expired dates. Since this has happened at more than one Walgreen's location, I am going to need Walgreen's staff to check the dates on food items!

This pharmacy is awful. I have called 6 times to see if my meds are ready. The phone keeps hanging up on me. Terrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

I went to Walgreens first to get my vaccine and had an awful experience of being forced to wait long and then saying my BCBS insurance was not accepted, which is accepted everywhere. So i made an appointment for 5 min later at CVS in the app and was seen immediately and had a great experience. I will never visit this Walgreens again.

There’s one young lady that works in pharmacy, she has bigger size eyes. Her attitude is disgusting to be in customer service. Please send her to a good coaching every week on how to address customers. Her body language , the way she looks at u as if what do you want. She just does not know how to speak to customers. Get it together or find another job if u don’t like it please.

I'm a transferring from CVS (only because they don't take my new insurance) to this Walgreens on Lahser Rd and 9mile. I jus called today 11/16 at 3:05 and this Smart Mouth tech getting smart, because the Pharmacist was suppose to call Thursday about my Rx that Should've been transferred. So evidently she didn't call, because today the tech said she would call.. I said well they were supposed to call Thursday, she says well I wasn't there Thursday, I only can do Today, Oh Ok then.. The proper response should've been well I'm sorry someone dropped the ball, but I can assist you Now...Woosah

Attitudes are horrible in the store! No greeting when they approach the counter. And no urgency at all to help. I will never step foot in this location again.

This store is about as unprofessional as you can get. It was 3-4 folks in line, and the cashier was in the back of the store. The manager asked her,"Why are you back here and folks are in line?" She then walks super slow to get to the cash register. Her attitude was like, "I have to be here and I'm in no rush to get you out."
I know the employee pool is low, but it's bad here. I only came here because I was right by it. I normally go out of my way to the one on 8 & Farmington.

Ok store usually. Today though (oct 25 at 4pm), right when we get to the cashier she tells us please hold on she'll be right back. 3-4 minutes go by, then she comes back stinking like pot real bad. Not cool, my young daughter even said something.

They need more or new pharmacy people. Why it take over 30 minutes for her to get to me when I’m the only one in the drive through. Just for her to tell me the prescription I refilled 2 days ago isn’t and won’t be ready until 4 hours from when I was waiting there. When I came back to get my prescription it took another 30+ minutes… So expect extended waiting periods and/ or your refill to not be ready.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy on the planet! I called 3 times and got hung up on... No answer or please hold. Immediate hold and disconnect after 5 mins of waiting. I go up there because I assume they're swamped... It's literally one other customer there. I'm livid. Pharmacist and one tech is what I see... Then, as I voice my discern... Another head pops from behind the rack and asks me to step to the consultation window... I'm sorry, "Who are you?" Talking about I'm being hostile towards them. First off, I wasn't talking to you... Secondly, you're damned right I'm hostile! 3 weeks??? Nowwwww you have something to say? Now you want to intervene? Get outta here!!! I hate this place! They're slow and they don't have any sense of urgency to assist. Every single time! It never fails! It's like a requirement to work there... To be slow and not gaf. I selected this place because it's less than 2 mins from my house, but I will be at Sam's Club pharmacy from here on out. The fact that bobble head popped out to be Captain Save Em' is laughable... I will NEVER step foot in this Walgreens again. Not because of the Walgreens employees but their pharmacy employees.

Walgreens pharmacy is one the worse places to get your prescription filled, they are slow, the service you get is turtle slow, we set at the drive through for half an hour before we go waited on same thing inside the store
