I had the worst experience my last appointment with this company.Older gentleman with a older vehicle was very disrespectful towards me and if he picks me up again, I am going to call the police, Because that's how disrespectful this man was, he has a power strike over women likes to argue with people.And this company still allows this man to work, this man had nerves to have on more makeup than me?fake mustache in a toupee.. Who do you think you are?? Because you still not prettier than me! He had nerves to tell me.He can ask any question he want.But at the same time, arguing with me about picking me up from a busy street! Why would any driver not pick you up in front of your home, i am not a prostitute and will not be treated like one.So you will pick me up in front of my home exactly from the information that's listed, under my profile! If I see this man pull up in front of my building to pick me up, express is gonna have a lawsuit against them. For discrimination.

Was scheduled for a ride on my app and they never showed up i called and the rep was very rude. I called my insurance to not have them on my list for rides for pick up NEVER AGAIN

Trash. The absolute worst transportation I've ever dealt with to the point I needed to make them exempt from being a transportation service in my Insurance file. Rude and unprofessional and disorganized and late it's seriously a joke. Any good reviews were pry submitted by themselves because there's no way that they would ever get even a fair review and this is everythime I've booked w them so it's not just a mishap. Good luck if u book w them or save the hassle and find u any other transportation service because at least then u have a chance.

The car smell like a wed garden, my kid was coughing throughout the ride. Please do better next time .You can do whatever you want in your private car but don't smoke in the car before you pick a passenger.

Everyone was nice!!!! Marcus picked me up at my house was very nice and helpful!! Benjamin picked me up from the doctor's office was very nice and helpful!! Cathy was nice when I called. If you need a ride I would use them again.

Worse service ever stay away if u can they are rude and they donot care about your time if you are in pain or not they will drop you of and thay go to somewhere else and when u call either no aswer or say we are 2 houres away if want wait if not we can not do any better sooooooooo bad servics

I’ve been using Express transportation for a few months now I have a great experience. They are a caring company. I get to my appointments and back home safely. I recommend this company because they do a great job and they do respond probably to your concerns if you have any thank you, Express, Transportation

Previous ride ( with a female driver) was ok, but this time was scary. 1st all, driver picks up multiple clients at a time and some of them takes their sweet time to even get in the car, so schedule your rides an hrs before your appointment if you want to make it there on time. My last appointment ride a male client got into an argument with the male driver because the driver was telling him to hurry up. The male client had his whole family ( 4 total when it was scheduled for 3) 2 adults and 2 child with no car seat and got angry when the Driver wouldn’t take them all. The argument got intense but the client wife calmed him down. Not only that. The Driver, himself, is a nut. Do they even vet these drivers? Is it even legal to have so many clients in the car at one time speeding all across town to get everyone to their appointments on time? My 1st ride was a female and she was great. The 2nd driver was a male and he’s a nut. A total weirdo calling my phone after hrs asking me if I want to hang out with his sister because they both like young women. The audacity. I never want him as my driver again. I only giving 2 stars because the lady driver was great. The male driver that got into a heated argument with a male client gets -0 stars FYI It was the male client that was the aggressor and that was scary. You’re in an open car with multiple clients for different health issues. Don’t know if anyone have weapons or not. Don’t know why Ready Ride contract wasn’t renewed

Picked me up an hour before scheduled pick up time, and was annoyed I wasn't ready. Try to call about an early ride back and the dispatcher can't even respond to the operators!They tell you to be ready 15 minutes early. I had to wait 1 1/2 hours after the appointment just to get picked up to go home. Not something you want after having a procedure. Make sure to where a mask because you do share rides with others. I miss reddi ride!

Previous service was good! But today October 5th the worst ever. Mohammed was the driver. He was rude, the van was dirty the service was disappointing.Again, he said that was his name. In my past experiences that was not the way we were treated. We paid at the end. He came yelling in the lobby, very unprofessional manner that l pay $ 91 or get another ride. I told him that I was aware and asked him why was he yelling. So defend your driver. I will continue to say the truck was dirty, he was rude and Expess should be ashamed ?
