Previous ride ( with a female driver) was ok, but this time was scary. 1st all, driver picks up multiple clients at a time and some of them takes their sweet time to even get in the car, so schedule your rides an hrs before your appointment if you want to make it there on time. My last appointment ride a male client got into an argument with the male driver because the driver was telling him to hurry up. The male client had his whole family ( 4 total when it was scheduled for 3) 2 adults and 2 child with no car seat and got angry when the Driver wouldn’t take them all. The argument got intense but the client wife calmed him down. Not only that. The Driver, himself, is a nut. Do they even vet these drivers? Is it even legal to have so many clients in the car at one time speeding all across town to get everyone to their appointments on time? My 1st ride was a female and she was great. The 2nd driver was a male and he’s a nut. A total weirdo calling my phone after hrs asking me if I want to hang out with his sister because they both like young women. The audacity. I never want him as my driver again. I only giving 2 stars because the lady driver was great. The male driver that got into a heated argument with a male client gets -0 stars FYI It was the male client that was the aggressor and that was scary. You’re in an open car with multiple clients for different health issues. Don’t know if anyone have weapons or not. Don’t know why Ready Ride contract wasn’t renewed

Picked me up an hour before scheduled pick up time, and was annoyed I wasn't ready. Try to call about an early ride back and the dispatcher can't even respond to the operators!They tell you to be ready 15 minutes early. I had to wait 1 1/2 hours after the appointment just to get picked up to go home. Not something you want after having a procedure. Make sure to where a mask because you do share rides with others. I miss reddi ride!

Previous service was good! But today October 5th the worst ever. Mohammed was the driver. He was rude, the van was dirty the service was disappointing.Again, he said that was his name. In my past experiences that was not the way we were treated. We paid at the end. He came yelling in the lobby, very unprofessional manner that l pay $ 91 or get another ride. I told him that I was aware and asked him why was he yelling. So defend your driver. I will continue to say the truck was dirty, he was rude and Expess should be ashamed ?

They picked me up on time, however when it was time for my return they were not on time and I'm left sitting in my wheelchair from 9:45 until after 11:12A.M. when I called they acted like it meant nothing! This is not the first time this has happened. If I could walk....Min. Dr. Sharon Simmons

I called my insurance for a ride home from my doctor at 3:15pm on 2/6/23. They told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half.At 4:45, I called again because the ride hadn’t arrived. At 4:55, I was told there was a delay and it would be another 15-20 minutes. Still no ride.At 5:23, I called again and was told 10-15 minutes. Still no ride.At 5:55 I called yet again and was told 5 minutes. Finally, at 6:10pm…15 minutes later…a driver showed up.That driver was the same who’d driven me to the doctor at 1:30pm. He told me he was supposed to be off shift at 5pm. So this trip was overtime for him.I need to mention, I’m in an electric wheelchair and can’t just call anyone for a ride, so I had to wait.I waited three hours for a ride. THREE HOURS!! If the driver hadn’t shown up, I don’t know when I would’ve gotten home. I had to use the bathroom which I couldn’t do where I was, I hadn’t eaten since before 1pm and there was no food available, and I missed my online college course. My cell phone battery was nearly dead, the battery for my wheelchair was nearly dead. And the building was technically closed at 5pm.This is the worst transportation service I’ve ever encountered. And I made sure that my insurance company listed them as a do not call the next time I need a ride. If I could give zero stars I would.What would’ve happened if my blood sugar would’ve dropped? Or if I would’ve had a bathroom accident? What would happen if the battery completely died on my wheelchair and my cellphone? I would’ve been completely stranded!!This is absolutely 100% unacceptable. UNACCEPTABLE!

Waiting for a scheduled ride to dialysis. Scheduled for 450 am it is currently 630 am no one has arrived nor is logisticare or myself able to contact the said driver.

Got a price for a trip to Toledo, gave them all addresses and they quoted me a price based on mileage. Later, I ran the mileage through Google navigation and the miles in their price was far overstated. When I contacted them, they never responded. I'll never trust these folks!

Express non - emergency transportation is a very good service for seniors.but difficult to reach on weekends if you have a problem or your driver is delayed ,there's no contact person to respond to messages.

The Office staff assisted us in getting transportation on short notice, and in planning a trip that meets all our needs. The Driver was considerate, and made us feel safe throughout the journey. A great experience!

They Left My patients Waiting for over 2 hours on a consistent basis. When contacted They would always tell me that the driver is on the way and then would not show up for another 40 minutes. When contacted repeatedly would just hang up the phone. Very Unprofessional.
