I was unaware that this body shop was in Sparta, it's not well marked but they are easy to find. They work and communication was excellent and done in less time than expected. I will definitely use them again and recommend their services to anyone that needs body work done.

Getting in an accident is the worst. The night of mine, I asked the tow truck driver to take my car to the nearest good body shop (wasn't ABRA), and my car sat for two weeks while the rep of the shop called me every day to complain about working with insurance.
My insurance agent recommended ABRA Sparta, I called and spoke to Teddy who explained their process and basically reassured me I wouldn't need to get involved and they work directly, efficiently with insurance. Teddy helped me facilitate insurance moving my car to their facility, and that was pretty much how the rest of my experience went.
Teddy was an excellent communicator, sending me weekly status updates, as well as any updates that came in-between. I never heard a word about insurance, never felt like a hassle, and my car came back to me in beautiful condition.
I had such a positive experience here, so much so that was was originally such a horrible thing to happen, left me with a positive end to the whole story. I really appreciate ABRA's professionalism, cleanliness, communication, all of it - just a different level of experience from the gruff 'n' ruff expectations of a body shop.
Thanks a ton ABRA! So thankful to have my car back on the road!

Fender benders are never fun and can be quite stressful! Abra made the entire experience easy! They dealt with my insurance company, provided updates on the progress of my car’s repairs and were always friendly and easy to talk to!

ABRA Auto Body is slow they let my car just sit. Insurance estimate it would take 21 days. My car was returned the first time after 47 days. They don't pay close attention to detail. A warning light was still on, there was over spray in several places, INCLUDING on the sunroof, you couldn't see out!!!
So I had to drive back and wait for each over spray to be buffed off. Years ago I dealt with Abra and they were good but now a few years later my hope is for you to not go thru the subpar workmanship, Lies, and lack of concern to return my vehicle in a timely manner. The only back ordered part was 1 wheel.
Beware of the lies! It shouldn't taken 47 days to repair this car!
This was my dream car, an accident that wasn't my fault, the other driver was ticketed, BUT Abra PUT ME THRU Hell AFTER SEVERAL TIMES OF RETURNING I made the difficult decision to trade the car with less than 10k on it, to just get rid of dealing with Abra any more. PLEASE TAKE THIS REVIEW TO HEART i DON'T WISH ANYONE TO GO THRU WHAT I WAS PUT THRU AFTER AN ACCIDENT!!!
