Employee treated my elderly mom very poorly after she lied to my mom, and my mom confronted her. She called my mom a witch with a B, right in the store. She was very rude.

I normally don't leave reviews but I feel they deserve one I can't remember her name unfortunately but wow what an amazing rep she was quick was able to zip through the port process she was able to get the account number and port pin in flash and not only that but the amazing deals they have we left with a million times nicer phones then we had it was nice to walk into a phone store and not be screwed or lied too this place is top notch and have a permanent customer

Again.... So i have one problem with one person from this particular Boost Store ,I've been to 4 different boost stores and i have not had one problem but again the Shady mess i had to deal with,With one person and i believe this lady just has a problem with me. i
hope the best for the owner or manager of this store because I will not be doing business there what so ever ,just The lady who runs that store is so full of crap, she over charged me for a phone,tells me I am not qualified for add a line and my phone is not on the new system, that I need to buy a new phone to be on the new system, when I have a phone from 2023,she is very shady and a scammer

The man that works there very pleasant and friendly. The mid aged lady however… no knowledge period. Went there about a year ago because I was traveling to Europe and was asking how to get my phone to work while there and she was like “well I don’t know “ and I told her then “well you work at the phone store “ then today again I bought my son a new phone and service yesterday ( dealed with the guy so very pleasant experience) my son forgot his password so he was basically locked out of his phone. So we stopped by the boost store and of course the mid aged lady was working and of course she has no clue. Never asked any account information or anything just a “ I don’t know “ again I told her well you work at a phone store!!!! She was basically saying I can just buy a new phone….So…. We called boost support and they helped my son… unfortunately I have to give one star because y’all don’t deserve it…

DO NOT GO HERE. Was a new customer trying to get on the 25$ a month plan and was told that it would be cheaper to start with the $50/mo and get a new phone. I was told that I could come back before the end of my month and be switched over to that cheaper plan. I agreed, went with it, and upon returning was told it was only for new customers. I was lied to and taken advantage of. DO NOT GO HERE

I was having issues activating the phone I bought online, so I went instore for help. The woman the counter (her name was Gladys I believe) was the sweetest boost mobile employee I've ever met. She was so helpful and di everything she could to give me good and fast service. This woman deserves a medal!!!

Got a good deal on a new phone counter person was real nice helpful but I think it would be hard to give any store a 5 star rating theses day supply store hours are still not at normal levels.
