Was not able to use my usual oil change location so I stopped into Performance Plus in Sparta for an oil change. The service was top notch, very friendly crew and I was back on the rd in no time. I might have found my new oil change location. Thanks guys!

Wife went in for an oil change and they told her the oil level was 'very low' and recommended a system flush. What a crock. I JUST checked the oil on Saturday (it is Monday), but did not have time to change it, and the oil level was at the top of the full mark on the dipstick. And yes, I pulled it out, wiped it off, inserted the dipstick and checked the level again. There is no way the vehicle burned or leaked a quart to a quart and a half in two days. It doesn't leak and it doesn't burn oil. It really makes me mad when auto places try and take advantage of people. The oil level was NOT low. The person servicing the vehicle (sheet says 'Jacob') is either a liar or can't read a dipstick. The oil system is clean. I maintain my vehicles very well. It just so happened that I could not get to doing an oil change this time. I won't make that mistake again. Very disappointed in Performance Plus.

I had been really happy with their service until today. I was told by going with full synthetic I could go for 5,000 to 6,000 miles. I saw the sticker only said 3,000 miles and asked them about it, they told me to come in for a top off after 3,000 miles. I came in shortly before 3,000 miles because my oil light turned on.
They were very nice and checked everything out and said the oil looked very clean and there were no problems. They said I didn't need it topped off.
I went in today and was chastised for going over 3,000 MI. The gentleman was very rude and tried to sell me a number of different products. He said it was a recent change in manufacturers guidelines but didn't tell me when this change took place. It was all very suspicious and frustrating.

Friendly laid back techs who know what they're doing. They worked with me on my problem and promptly repaired the leaking fuel filter. I recommend this oil change facility.

Friendly staff but I miss when this place could offer a fast 10-15 minute oil change, rather than a 10 minute sales pitch of upsells followed by an oil change.

I stopped in today to get an oil change and the guys checked my oil first and let me no, that it was full and very clear. They said I didn’t need to get an oil change right now. I thought that was very nice of them.

Jake definitely knows what hes doing. You can definitely tell hes been doing this for a long time. Very knowledgeable, not pushy, but lets you know what products will make your vehicle run the best and last a long time. Extremely professional in his demeanor. Made sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. VERY happy with my service at this location. Thank you Jake and the guy with the tattoos (didnt catch his name but he was very professional too), you guys made getting my oil changed awesome!

I paid $90 for an oil change on my 2008 chevy impala which is just insane to me. I’ve never paid that for any car i’ve driven. They also didn’t even reset the change oil light on my dash nor did they put my sticker on handed it to me and told me to put it on myself. Not impressed at all, I just moved to sparta 2 months ago and decided to go to the place right in town which was obviously a bad idea.
