My 2017 Silverado has been having transmission shudder since well before the power train warranty expired. The service department would not stand behind the warranty and denied the issue was happening. Now that the truck is out of warranty I'm having to spend 5k out of pocket to rebuild the transmission.

I drove 6 hours to buy my 2024 truck. They did a great job very quick and everything was done as promised. We will be going back for sure!!!!!!!!!!!

Big shout out to Sparta Chevrolet and my sales guy Matthew Ploeg . Bought a car from Matt a few weeks ago in one of my easiest transactions ever. Then developed small electrical issues this week. After a quick call to Matt their service got me in the next day and fixed it same day. Great and fast service. If you're even thinking about a new ride you should check with Matt asap.

Sparta made my car buying experience EXTREMELY easy!!! Everyone was super friendly, answered all my questions, and showed me how to set up and work the technology. I love the service department. They never try to upsell me, and didn't charge me for my tire rotation!!! I don't believe I will be shopping anywhere else in the future.

On July 16, 2022, I discovered a tire on my 2021 Trail Blazer was going flat. I purchased my vehicle brand new from Sparta Chevrolet. I took it to Belle Tire to get it fixed. I was told by their crew, they could not fix it, because I did not have the lug nut key needed to get locked lug nut (and ultimately my tire) off. We searched my vehicle. We were unable to locate it. I called Sparta ***** and was told I could purchase one. Upon reviewing my invoice, I already purchased one, which I was not given. I drove to the dealership. Their team also searched my vehicle. They also were unable to locate it. When speaking with my salesperson, ***************************, I asked her to get me the lug nut key. I told her I was frustrated that my vehicle doesn't have one, and clearly did not come with one. That I'm now tied to them for any type of service on my vehicle. She said she didn't know what she could do for me and walked away, back into the building, leaving me without a resolution. I have yet to receive the lug nut key and am continued to be told that I can purchase one. Again, the invoice shows I've already purchased one.

Find new roads? Find a new dealership. There is no ownership of the sale at this place. My daughter and son-in-law just bought a brand new Blazer from you and within less than 300 miles on the odometer the engine light went on and the car was lunging uncontrollably until it came to a stop in Pigeon, MI. Not your fault whatsoever. However, when they called you from the side of the road you did nothing to help this couple who comes from a long line of GM family members. You abandoned them and left them to fend for themselves on a holiday weekend. You did not stand behind your sale and basically told them to figure it out. It may have been the manufacturer's fault, but as the one who sells the product you need to double down on customer service when something like this happens and you didn't. Let this be a warning to all those who buy from this dealership. Never buying from them again, and will spread the word about their Customer Disservice. If I could leave no stars on this review I would. I don't care what COVID has done to your sales team, but you better make sure you've got empowered, customer-oriented people representing you, not Teflon-coated, take-the-money-and-run rejects from Best Buy.

I will recommend Sparta chevy to everyone who needs a vehicle! My experience was amazing with Matt! I walked out with a 2016 equinox with one owner before me. I also just referred my brother there and he was able to walk out with a 2013 Silverado with help from Anna! The team is amazing there! Rich is great at keeping payments in your price range with great coverage/warranty plans! The service department is also great with repairs when needed! Thank you Sparta Chevy for being truly amazing!

So disappointed in the way my trade in was handled. The salesman was not upfront with how much it would be but would cover what was owed. Well that was not the case. The scribbles on the paper were below what was the final payout. So be warned!

From the second I took delivery of a 2020 2500HD Duramax LTZ, it has been the worst car purchase I have ever made. The only consistent thing through all of this has been the treachery of this dealership. Do yourself a favor and buy anywhere else but here.

I brought my car in in a condition and it came out in worse condition than it was. The employees charged me 100.00 an hour to diagnose and not fix I brought my car in to this dealership on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. I brought my car in because it was a bad ice storm and while driving my car lost traction and slid into a curb I didn't know what the issues were but they reassured me that it was the control arm and the axle of some type I also had another issue with my car when I brought it in the radio screen was not working but everything else was working I could still play music I could still hear. The only thing was is the screen was black also I wanted them to look at the Blindspot indicators and they agree to look at it I was told that for them to diagnose the radio would be $100 an hour which I thought to myself was kind of wrong because I know that when you bring your car to a dealership of some type it's usually a flat rate not an hourly rate but I pretty much didn't care just fix my car. So when I got my car back when I first took it in the only noises that it made was when I would try to turn the wheel it would make a loud rumbling type noise when I got my car back the guy tells me that the wheel bearing is bad and this is why it's making a really loud noise now so I'm like OK I will just have to get that fixed a little bit later. When I got inside of my car nothing works at all the radio is not working the screen still does not work my parking assist does not work I called to the dealership and I asked about it and And employee told me that the screen was black when they got it and I told him I know the screen was black when you got it but everything else still worked why isn't it working now he proceeds to tell me that it may have works then but it doesn't work now and I am meanwhile I paid for the service I actually had them stop because he called me again to add an additional hour and I did not want to do that because I didn't want to keep paying. But I feel like there is no reason that the radio should not work at all even when I press the on star button in my car it does not do anything I feel that is a safety hazard and I want it fixed because when I brought my car all of those items worked perfectly fine. Now there's no sound in the speakers there's absolutely nothing even when I back up there's no beeping sounds to alert when you were too close to an object and that worked as well. I feel like I paid $800 almost and I got really bad service

In the past I have never had an issue with Sparta Chevy however this past week has been awful. On Wednesday I had my vehicle towed in the morning to have it checked out. Before towing it in they knew my husband had charged and checked the battery and we thought that was more than likely the issue. Once the vehicle was towed, I never heard from them, so I called to make sure they received my car. I spoke with Bryan who is terrible at communication or at least updating a customer on what's going on. He said they would take a look at it today. I told Bryan I work, and I would appreciate a loaner if it's going to be over a day. Bryan never setup a loaner for me and they had my vehicle until Thursday night. They finally figured out if was the battery and had to replace it after twp days. He stated the battery was being ordered and I should have my vehicle back by 1... not a word from him. I ended up calling Bryan shortly before 5 and he said the vehicle was ready. No idea why he never called! I was so mad I just left the vehicle there over the weekend and I am glad I did. Tuesday, he called and said my vehicle was not running again. This is now three days I have not been able to go into work because Bryan would not offer me a loaner. They figured the issue out and I was able to pick my vehicle up on Wednesday night. Once I got my vehicle home, I noticed the blinkers were running really fast. Got out to check my blinkers and lights are not working... Why would they allow that vehicle to leave the lot without checking those simple things since electrical was one of the things they thought were an issue. I don't feel comfortable ever bringing my vehicle into Sparta Chevy. It really makes me frustrated that I have to take yet another day or part of a day off work to deal with this. Sparta Chevy used to be a dealer I could count on however after this fiasco I can't even trust them with changing a battery out. I called today and I apology and my transmission light is now also on. Just very poor service from this dealer.
