Got a bunk bed from them today. Tried to put it together. Tried being the key word there. It not only didn’t come with all of the listed parts to even be able to put it together, but neither size kids’ regular mattress fits in the framework. And to top it off, the beds do not even sit stable nor flush on top of each other. Waiting to hear on a refund or answer.

I bought a couch there this past spring, it was complete junk with plastic legs and poor poor quality. I tried (nicely) returning, saying I was completely unsatisfied with the product, and the owner LAUGHED at me! Said nothing was structurally wrong with it, so I could not return. Even though the quality sucked and I was a very unhappy customer. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone! He's a very poor businessman, does not care at all about his customers. I'm embarrassed that he runs his business in our small, great community.

As the owner of this establishment it is clearly marked on sales receipts and signage within our location that all sales are final. With that in mind once you make a purchase whether a special order or take out that sale is not subject to the whim of the purchaser but a completed transaction. We strive to ensure a quality product at a more than fair price. We and our manufacturers warranty products from manufacturers defects for at least one year and much longer for some products. To complete a negative review because a customer has changed their minds after the purchase is not the fault of the retail location and has no bearing on the product nor attitude of our locations with regards to customer service. There are costs involved in ordering and securing goods in this setting that cannot be recovered when someone “changes their mind “. That is the reason for all sales being final. This does not mean once a sale is final that we are done servicing our customers. Our location has been here for over 40 years and continues to service past, present and future customers. Thank you

Bought a fairly modern looking couch from this store and ask my husband stop by, pay for it and pick it up in our van, but had an after thought about how well it would fit our decor, so I called back to get a refund. It never left the showroom floor and they refused to refund my money.
