On 08-05-2025 I went to the sparta Post Office to get my passport application renewal and the people that were working over there around 1-2pm were rude to me and did not want to help me with the application form when I asked a couple questions about the application and fee they both were laughing at me and making me feel so bad that I wanted to leave, I do not think they like people of color or Hispanic people. This behavior is unacceptable and I will never come back to this Sparta Location.

The staff inside the Post Office are really nice and competent but I can no longer say the same thing for the person who now delivers our mail. She is truly lazy and we really long for the days when Denise used to deliver our mail. She was our mail person for over 30 years and she was amazing. Those were the days.?

The ABSOLUTE WORST. Can't even deliver the correct mail to the correct address. Have complained many times and get all kinds of excuses. Poor clowns can't even get their ACT together.

I am in there usually once a day, great service and friendly people. ? Yes they get very busy at certain times of the year, but they move customers thru as fast as they can. ?

By far the worst delivery service out there. This isn't a review of the Sparta branch in particular (they are perfectly nice people) but the organization as a whole. I have never received a package on time if at all. They lost $500 worth of items in one year. I dread every time I see they are delivering or, when a package has transferred to their service. Most recently l was supposed to receive a package on a Friday. On the day of delivery, the package was for no reason shipped from Grand Rapids, MI to someplace in Illinois. I live 20 minutes drive from GR. Now the parts I have been waiting on will be late for no reason. Avoid whenever you can.
