The employees that are here really care about their customers. They get to know you as a person and you get to know them. They are very sincere caring people. You don't generally find this with people working at gas stations. Also, their food is amazing. Keep up the good work. Your caring attitudes and smiles go a long way.

We have ordered wings, pizza, etc. from here ever since they opened. Tonight my husband wanted to order wings and called to do so. There was so much static and noise could not hear the person taking the order. I could hear the static/whining sound in the background and I wasn't even in the same room from which he was making the call. So he called back, not once but two more times with the same results. After hanging up the 3rd time, he decided to drive there. The counter person refused to wait on him, claiming he has been cursing at her on the phone. NOT TRUE. When he came home and told me this I called and asked to speak to the manager and told there wasn't one available. I asked when there would be and was told that there wouldn't be one until tomorrow. I asked her name and she said, "Someone who works here," and hung up on me. She didn't ask for my name or phone number so the manager could call the following day. Really, this employee did not do anything to help make the conversation more clear - my guess there is a headset issue. Although she spoke quietly to me, her attitude was rude. Is this the type of customer service you want your business to be known for? Yes, I will be speaking with the manager Monday morning.
