So beyond pleased with Spring Arbor Appliance. First time purchasing from them (Jack) but will definitely not be the last. We worked with Bill to pick out a new washer/dryer set. He was very kind, knowledgeable and honest in helping us find the right product for our family. They were able to arrange deliver that day, which we were so grateful for! The two gentlemen who delivered and installed our washer/dryer were also very kind and knowledgeable. They moved our old set out and installed the new set for no additional fee. Highly recommend supporting this local business for good products and customer support.

The common misconception of local owned is the prices will be higher. Spring Arbor Appliance is comparable & competitive with the big chain stores. I purchased my washing machine a year ago from there and was so impressed with the customer service from store to my door that when my dryer finally gave out , I went there the next morning & 24 hours later I have a new dryer.You know what you’re getting - hometown people who back their products , delivery men that go above and beyond to install and takeaway the old appliances . No gimmicks, no long winded sales . You’ll get a good deal on dependable products and when they say call us if you have any questions or concerns they mean it.
