Should be open later. At least 5:30. I can NEVER make it on time to make my payments unless I have a Saturday off and drive to the next town over. Even then, half the time they close early on me before I can get there.

No wonder they have the reviews they do. Never have I had an issue at the Broadway or Wilson locations. I will continue the longer drive to those ones.

They deserve zero stars, the employees will contact you over a loan and threaten to get the police after you which is illegal to threat over a debt. Have the email and have emails saying that they are sticking they're dogs after me. Intimidation and threats over a loan from 5 years ago from a vehicle I got from a used dealership that I never remember signing any documents in which they are out of business due to doing many shady deals. Trust me don't bank with AAC.

NSF fees are ridiculous they charge for not having enough in the account and bounce it without even paying the bill and atm is always getting maintainable. I have had this account for 6-7 years and am seriously considering closing it.

I've had excellent customer service. Never had any issues of any kind! As for over draft protection in checking just have direct deposit or partial deposit. People are unfairly given AAC a bad ratings on over-draft protect. I say get it together and balance your check book. Remember you should only spend what you make and it's your own responsibility.

Third time in a row I’ve driven 6 miles to the branch and the ATM is being serviced during business hours and that’ll be the last time I drive to that place. Period

Worst bank ever. Been with them for five years and offered no over draft protection because I don’t have direct deposit. I end up with usually 300$ in fees every other month. Don’t bank here if your looking for a credit union. The manager in grand haven is very rude when I confronted them about the over draft fees I shouldn’t have been charged at many occasions

Seriously, these folks are the BEST in banking! Jackie (Holland) and Getty (SL Mgr) have both gone out of they're way to help me on more than one occasion. Being able tlo use my debit card in 5/3 banks ATMs is a huge perk. Also, i found out recently that when I move across State, I can use other CUs that partner with AAC. How totally convenient! Nothing but compliments for the staff.
