I have been attempting to perform a transaction in my account and apparently continued to hit the incorrect buttons and wrong numbers. Thirty seconds on the phone with Trena (I so hope I spelled your name close to who you are!!!!) and task accomplished!!!! Yay!!!

Breanna & Sarina are a GREAT ASSET TO BFCU! THEIR KINDNESS AND UNDERSTANDING AND RESPECT FOR AN ELDERLY AND FRUSTRATED PERSON IS UNMATCHABLE. THEY WERE TRULY A BLESSING TO ME after getting the run around from and agency I was having issues with.

I called Best Financial on 1/16 for two reasons, the first because my card was compromised unknown to me and the second because I needed to start ACH transaction and I had no idea how to do it. The nicest, sweetest voice answer the Phone and helped me in every step of the way. I did not have any anxiety ( which normally I would doing some thing like filling out online forms ) But McKenna was so helpful, Professional and even after I had made a mistake, she called me know, it was OK and she was sending me another form over. This employee and her customer service is A+, 10 stars!I’m not sure what position McKenna is in, but she definitely deserves a pay raise because each time I’ve spoke with her she has been just as kind and helpful.Best financial, you have a ? working for you!
