The Dollar General store on 148th st Spring Lake Mi false advertise that they take Bridge Cards when they only take them when they want have not take mine three times now and I verified before I went and after they would not take it at the checkout. I will not be back to that store unless they Are the only store open.

I love this store. It has the best prices for everyday items. The people who work here are so friendly and helpful. Out of all the Dollar GENERAL'S, this is one of my favorites. I always go in the afternoon because of one person who is so friendly and amazing!!! HE IS THE BEST!! He can make any bad day turn into the best day ever!!

The Dollar General we visited away from home did not have our usual very friendly staff. Most seemed like they didn't want to be there, especially the cashier, who was decidedly unfriendly. It makes a huge difference. I know Dollar General demands a lot from its employees and I'm almost certain the pay and benefits are not adequate compensation for how hard they work. Even so, attitude matters.

To start the store was a mess! Boxes everywhere you could hardly walk through the isles! After finding my items (surprisingly)I went to cash out, only one self serve register was being used, customer was having trouble, and an employee kept going in and out of door for employees. As I wait, probably 4 minutes at this time, the lady at the register finally says can anyone help me? I asked someone stocking they said they didn't work there. The woman finally comes out smacking her lips from eating something walks over to help, didn't say a word....I thought how rude! After waiting to cash out, with no recognition I set down my items and left. I will never return and will steer others to other branches or stores.

1. The store was stocked very full, but there were absolutely no labels to help find anything.2. The general manager of the store was bragging about how she had banned a lady from the store. She then proceeded to say "If she tries to come in, I'll drag her out by the hair." She was doing it in front of customers, and it kept her from taking care of multiple customers because she just kept her casual conversation going.Very very poor management.Stay classy West Michigan

Amber the “Manager” treated me with complete disrespect and refused to give me her name, I was able to get it from another store. I will NEVER step foot in this store again. Completely recommend the Dollar General on Pontaluna they know how to treat you like a human and act like they were raised with respect.
